Seth was on time. Courteous and an expert in his field. Alleviated a lot of worry after a basement full of 6 inches of water the prior evening. Would definitely use T Mark plumbing in the future if the need arises. Also, the on call receptionist was a wonderful steward of the company and flexed appointments to accommodate us. Thank you. Jeffrey Balcerzak was the young gentleman who came to help us out! This young man is astounding. He went above and beyond, and God is fixed up with our air conditioning and with my husband’s condition and my heart problems and I am so grateful especially since it’s going to be 90° on Thursday. this gentleman deserves a raise 10 times over, thank you great service great company!

You're Company is an absolute Rip - off! You are taking advantage of people's hard earned income! You're technician was 35 minutes late You're company is unethical, I will spread the word to my family, friends & neighbors never to use you're company. A quote was provided for over $700 to install a bathroom fan, that takes 1 hour of labor! The fan costs $110 on Amazon, which I supplied. You're ripping people off!!!!! Hope you cam sleep at night!
The technician, Scott, was polite, professional, and patient! Had to explain a number of things about programming our units.
Needed some electrical outlets replaced. I am very pleased with the job Dyllon did, He made sure we were satisfied with the work before he left. I will definitely call T Mark again.
Derek arrived on time. He was pleasant and “listened” to what I had done and he told me what he would do to try to correct it. He gave me a heads up on the cost which was fair. Plumbers are a necessity and I appreciate how quickly we were responded to and how quick to get an appointment (next day). T-Mark communication is spot on with phone, text and email updates to appointment, picture and name of plumber coming. Great job!! Thank You Thank You Thank You!
