They have replaced our furnace about 3-4 years ago, now they replaced our central air unit last year. They are professional and fast. They respond to a call within one day usually.
Nathan was very professional and took the time to explain any needed work and our 10 year old system.Very informative regarding heat pump system and conversations and some needed work. Highly recommend.

Appreciate the efficient and thoroughly thought-through installation of our 50gal Rheem water heater and hard-wired CO detector, in addition to fixing and replacing several other boiler and plumbing components. I ask a lot of questions. They have a lot of answers.

Our furnace went on one of the coldest days (Jan 3rd- right after the New Years weekend), we pretty much knew what was wrong with it (fan). We called 3 places off Google- first two, we could only leave a message. The 3rd we called was Climate King- they answered right away. Said it would be $60 for a Diagnostic Fee- but said they could come out within the next 2 hours (between 10:30-11:30am)- the truck pulled up right at 10:30am which is awesome. Steven was very polite- had a mask on, carrying booties, professionally dressed in uniform. Showed him to the furnace- told him to come and knock when he knew what the issue was. He did that- presented me with 3 options, answered all my questions very thoroughly, did not pressure me into anything. He even waited in his truck for about 20 minutes while I got my fiance on the phone to make our decision. He left for about an hour to get the part he needed- came back and finished the job in about an hour and a half. They were flexible/understanding with payment as well- which is greatly appreciated! Overall- experienced with the service- I would definitely call them again.
Hired these guys to replace my 30 year old furnace and AC. Great customer service. Very responsive. They quickly sent me a mock up of what they planned to do and gave me an easy to decipher pricing guide with all of their options. As a high school teacher I loved the pricing handout. Very clear and concise. Literally the same kind of thing I would make for my students to study from. Every option, the pros and cons, and the price on one sheet of paper. I felt this document let me know that this company was trustworthy too. They weren't just gonna see how much they could get me for. The guys were professional, timely, and tidy. I wasn't home when they worked but my father was there to let them in the house and was very impressed. Everything they did they sent me digital copies of. Their sales manager was very good at explaining what needed to be done. They articulated the options in a way that made me feel like I wasn't being pushed but was also clear enough to realize that taking action was my best option. My new furnace and ac work great. Solid addition to my home. Would recommend climate king to anyone. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work. Always happy to support a local business that does things the right way.
We use Climate King for all of our HVAC needs, they are the best. Thankfully, they are also experts in servicing and maintenance of tankless water heaters. Our tankless water heater abruptly stopped working yesterday. Rob came right over and had the unit repaired within an hour. Nate, Rob and the rest of the experts at Climate King are always prompt, extremely friendly and courteous and perhaps most importantly, have the knowledge and skill to get the job done right. Prices are more than fair and you never have to worry about being charged for something you might not need. Absolute professionals in every way. Thanks!

Our technician did a fantastic job explaining what was being performed, and did it in a very professional manner within a good time frame. The before and after pictures of my vents were completely different, and the end result was well worth the reasonable price. I highly recommend.
Great company to depend on for quick and fair service and quality products and work. Winter time and my furnace would not stay on. Nathan was on site within 1.5 hours and replaced the suspect thermostat and got the furnace working. Nathan diagnosed a leaking exchange, a dangerous condition. He researched and proposed a new furnace. because the cost to replace the exchange is almost the cost of a new; my furnace is over 15 yrs old and has been problematic for some time. He also gave me the information to get a $525 incentive from Natl Fuel. The new furnace was installed in one day - less than 5 hours. Tremendous work and Nathan took the time to explain and answer my questions The place was left completely cleaned up, no damage bringing in the new or taking out the old furnace.
