great service
it was bad
These guys are wonderful. Had a my unit throw codes n shut down. They had the kindness to call me back stating that the road service may be useless if I needed just my unit recharged with freon and would have to go to the shop anyways. This in itself saved me n my company extra money. Drive to their shop, which is very easy to get to. Dropped trailer and they diagnosed the problem which unfortunately the part is on national recall. But still they got me up and running in as quick of time as possible all while I was able to finish out my break. Thank you all very much for your wonderful techs n fast service I will recommend you to anyone in the Buffalo area that needs service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I came in for a simple job, a repair on my heating system. It’s the midst of winter, and my heat does not work. Heard a bunch of people raving about here and came to check it out. Not only was I interacted with rudely, my 57 year old husband with absolutely 0 knowledge on the matter could have done a better job than Eric. Took him 2 days turn around time for a simple task, was unapologetic, and just had a horrible demeanor period. I would not want someone that young with that horrible attitude to service anything I would ever need fixed in my shop if I were the owner. So I would not recommend this place, or maybe I would, just have Eric not be present.
After diagnose it they told me the price will be $800 but when the bill come I indeed up paying $1114.86.

Good and quick response and nice staff
Should be a no star review. For a simple APU service including espar heater service, Ive been here 8.5 hours. Over $750.00 later they had my truck hostage in the Covid zone. No inside toilets or washrooms available. Freezing cold outside and one dirty Port a John. $99.00 to spray cab with disinfectant for Covid. Included in bill.
