With many years of working with different contractors I have found Rick to be one of the most responsive of all. He is very quick at returning all my phone calls and texts about my pump issues and talks about cost right up front. He will be my first call when I need any repairs done. Called them twice and both times they came ASAP and fixed what needed to be done. Very professional and didn’t charge an outrageous amount. Will use them again if needed.
I sent emails and placed calls to numerous HVAC companies and waited for days without heat to hear from someone. I linked up with United Heating & AC via Angi, received a call from Rick and discussed my heating needs. Chris arrived to my home 1 hour later, informed me of necessary parts and cost. Job completed in 2 hours. Very affordable will defnitely contact United Heating & AC for future heater service and maintenance!!l Thank You Again!
Chris and John were efficient and friendly! The owner Rick was wonderful to work with, answered all my calls and emails personally, and price was extremely affordable! I am already feeling more comfortable in my home with my new furnace and can’t wait to turn my A/C on for the first time in the Summer. I couldn’t be happier with United’s service and quality! Our furnace stopped working on a Friday in the middle of the night. We called United Heating and Air LLC on Saturday morning. They promptly sent John their tech to diagnose the problem. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable and easily diagnosed our problem. On Monday morning we received a call from Rick who set us up for a new furnace install on Tuesday. They kept perfect contact with us and even let us know they would be a little late due to an elderly customer furnace emergency. Chris and Pete came and removed our old broken furnace and replaced it with a new beautiful unit. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism, friendliness, promptness, affordability and quality workmanship. I highly recommend this company.

We have had a service plan with other local heating companies for the last few years and this year they told us that our furnace system wouldn't last the winter because it was installed improperly; so we did what anyone would do and sought quotes from several companies. The big name companies had similar offerings that varied by about $1,000 depending on how many features we wanted to eschew. They have big fancy presentations, financing options, and are friendly in their own right but was going to cost us an arm and a leg. Enter United Heating & Air LLC, they represent all that's good with local small businesses. Friendly people who aren't out to make a quick buck on you. No flashy options that are longer than Santa's naughty list. Instead, they came in, identified the same issues everyone else saw, offered a fast and flexible turnaround time, undercut the big companies prices by quite a bit, and did it all professionally. Definitely go out and give them a shot, you won't regret making the call.
The owner actually answers the phone, responds to emails in a timely manor and coordinates everything from sales to installation. Most importantly they do what the say they are going do and they do it well. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
We needed to have a ductless system in the upstairs to accomidate the removal of a wall. They were on time, very professional, and over 10000 less than their competitor for a comparable system. We will definitly use them for any and all HVAC need we have in the future.
This place is amazing! They do my regular maintenance each year but had an emergency today with a water pipe spewing water out. They were very responsive and Chris was amazing. Made sure to explain everything and show me what was going on. They don't overcharge like some places and really actually care about you and your home and make sure the job is done and fixed. Even checked in later on to make sure it was still all working good. Highly recommend! Give them a ring if you need anything done you'll be in great hands.

I had United vent my over the stove microwave to the outside. The guys showed up on time, were very clean, fast and professional. It was cheaper then I thought it was going to be. NO MORE SMOKEY HOUSE WHEN I'M COOKING!!!!! I highly recommend them

Very pleased with the quality of service provided by United Heating. The technician (Chris) who came to our home worked diligently to get our furnace working properly. Eventually it was determined that we needed a new furnace. United Heating worked fast to secure a new furnace for us and scheduled an install date within 2 days. Later that same day, Chris called back and said it could be done the very next day instead! Jake and Rocco did an impeccable and very thorough job of installing our new furnace and Chris completed all the paperwork and on-line registration of our unit to guarantee its warranty and also get us a rebate from RG&E! In summary, United Heating cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make sure all is well!
Our tech Steve really knew his stuff. While I was working around my condenser it was accidentally damaged and they had the part in hand in just a day and everything back up in time just b4 this heat wave. They also did it at half the cost of another highly known local company who gave a quote while fixing another issue we didn't even know we had that was keeping the house from cooling properly on really hot days. Highly recommend!
The best
I had a wonderful experience on a day that could have been awful. My furnace went down so I called United and they said they could get someone here between 10 and 12. They showed up a little before 10. The technician went right to work finding the problem. He explained the issue and gave me options. He gave me a quote on the spot and later in the afternoon I had a new furnace installed at the price quoted to the penny! I recommend them to anyone that have heating or cooling needs. Thanks United Heating you guys Rock!!!!
