We knew when our A/C acted up this summer we would have to move up our plans to replace our furnace, A/C and water heater. It’s a large investment and it was important to us to be educated and time was of the essence. It’s been super hot! Mark, our Salesman, was very informative, provided detailed quotes, and very responsive. He helped us figure out how to manage through the hottest of hot days leading up to our install. We can’t thank him enough for all he did to make this process easy for us. One the day of the install he provided an overview of what we were getting and details we talked about during the sale to ensure the crew and all were aligned. That started our day with confidence. We had Mike S., Rob S., Chris C., and Steve S. working here on our install as a team. Each and everyone one of them were professional and respectful from the beginning to the end. The old equipment was removed and within a short period of time it all disappeared. We didn’t even notice it get picked up. The job site was well organized and managed. We even had a downpour and they managed to work through that. The basement was left like it was found and it was really appreciated. Rob S. and Mike S. walked us through details about usage and the final paperwork. The whole process seemed way way way easier to get through than I ever imagined. We are truly thankful for the sales process and install going so well. We highly recommend Crossfield and will absolutely have them come back for our cleanings and such. PS - Crossfield even mailed the RG&E rebate in for us. 😀 Thank you so much Crossfield!
My 18 year-old air conditioner died 2 days before my husband passed away from cancer. As my furnace was 27 years old I decided to get both units replaced. I compared Crossfield to one other major Rochester installer and Crossfield was better on price and warranty. The team of Rob, Duain, Harry, Eric and Jason got both units installed in one day which was great. They were very patient with me to explain how everything worked as that was formerly taken care of by my husband and I was anxious about the whole thing. They allowed me to take notes and ask a lot of questions which I really appreciated.
Kudos to a crew that is intent on customer satisfaction! They arrived exactly on time! Gentlemen: Rob S., Todd R., Steve S. & Matt S., were indeed excellent representatives of your establishment. I am a typical homeowner, full of questions regarding the installation process that was undertaken in our home. My curiosity was not only satisfied, but was accomplished with full regard for the elderly individual person that was asking. Never was a disparaging word uttered regarding the company they were employed by, to the contrary, it was gratifying to hear words that extolled their privilege of employment. I found it very pleasant to converse with many within your organization. Jordan was very informative and courteous when he first visited our home, informing us of programs that we were unaware of, as well as, assisting us through the maze of applications. When Joe arrived to perform the energy audit, we felt very comfortable with his exuberance to satisfy our questions. Melissa was not only pleasant to converse with, but has wealth of understanding as regrading the needs of prospective clients. Cathy proved to be extremely helpful regarding follow-up information we felt we required. We had a new Trane air conditioning system installed by Crossfield technicians Chris and Brian. Both were professional and knowledgeable. Although the system's evaporator coil had to be replaced due to a faulty valve, the whole Crossfield team was engaged to diagnose the problem. Within a day Brian installed a new evaporator coil and got the system up and running. I am completely satisfied withe the Crossfield Team. Kudos to Corey for his professional sales presentation which is the reason I chose Crossfield in the first place. Dave McEwen
Todd K was our installer-he was wonderful. Very informative and very clean, He explained the system very well He was neat and left no mess. I would recommend him in a heartbeat
Eric and Steve and the rest of the team were great with the install from start to finish. They were very professional and efficient and were able to get a new HVAC system installed in a day and a half. We have a newborn and when our sales guy Mark found out, they were able to get the install scheduled for the following week. We are so grateful for Crossfield.
Todd, Chris, and Brian came to install our new furnace and ac unit and they did an incredible job. They were professional, kind, and knowledgeable. They worked together as a team to complete the work in a timely manner. They made sure that we understood the equipment and how to work the thermostat. They were also very kind to my two young boys who felt the need to say hi to them every time they walked by. When they were done working, they cleaned everything up and you couldn’t even tell they had been there working.
Rob S and Steve installed a split AC unit in my house today and I am super impressed by their excellent workmanship and outstanding customer service! The whole process from quoting the job to install was easy with Crossfield!

The team, led by Rob S., was on-time, courteous, professional and responsive to any and all questions. They did a thorough tutorial on running the system and left the work areas clean and in order. This has been our experience with both installations and routine service by Crossfield over many years. Highly recommended.
We have used Crossfield for years and have a great deal of confidence in the company and its employees. Mark M. has always done our semi-annual servicing on our furnace and air conditioner. We appreciate his attention to detail and helpfulness with our many questions. When we were concerned about our furnace Mark diagnosed the problem and set up a Crossfield Trane professional to walk us through the process for a new furnace and A/C unit. We are at ease now that they have been replaced and work so well. They will be our company for a long, long time!

The guys who came by to install minisplits were great and did a fast job and cleaned up everything when they were done. Very easy to work with and clean installation. Will definitely be using them again for future repairs and installs. Worked with me when I had questions on tax rebates and was very clear without any upcharging.
The service team of Eric, Dan, and Brian replaced my current furnace and A/C and were very professional. The install is very neat and clean.
Very professional, came on time, price was competitive, cleaned up afterwards. My advice is to trust Crossfield. Tech was Rob Sandman. Took time to explain new AC system.
I had a great experience using Crossfield to replace my furnace and air conditioner with a new Trane heat pump. Jordan was very knowledgeable and patiently explained the nuts and bolts of how heat pumps work. Rob S., Tim W. and Mike S. installed the system in a clean and professional manner. I appreciated the care they took in leveling the new pad for the compressor and leveling off with topsoil. Couldn't ask for better. Jason answered my questions afterwards and got things working perfectly. Highly recommend.

Todd R.& Mike S. arrived on time to install our new Trane heat pump, A/C unit. They completed the installation of the new HVAC unit complete with thermostat in a timely manner. Reviewed the new setup with me, which was incredibly helpful! Family and the pets all love chilling in the A/C with our new Trane heat pump and A/C unit!! Thanks again fellas

The Crossfield team did exceptional work. We had our whole house fitted with 5 heat pump/AC units (mini splits) and 2 compressors. We got 6 quotes from major companies in the rochester area and crossfield beat the prices by well over 5k! Not only that but other companies wanted to short us on units and still charge us more than crossfield. Big thank you to Salesman Jordan C. He was the ONLY salesman out of all the companies who covered his shoes and wore booties (without asking) in our house- a very simple gesture but nice touch (I have newborn twins so that was very nice). He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable on the units plus was creative and got us all the state rebates with top of line products!!! He presented us we many different options for our house and ways to pay. He even showed up to the house day 1 of install to make sure it all went smoothly! The installers were also great! Fast, efficient and clean. Also wore booties in the house without asking. Matt, Brian and Rob S. - all wonderful. Matt - the project manager walked us through how to use the units and clearly knew the products well. Everything works great and my house is nice and COLD! Cannot say enough good things about Crossfield! Don’t waste your time getting quotes elsewhere just call them first!!
