We could not be happier with our A/C system Bryan came and did an assessment and fixed the issue within 30 minutes! It is an old unitand any other Company could have sold us on an expensive new unit We Sincerely appreciate his honesty .
I called for service and told them the problem and the guy gave me advice on what might be the problem over the phone so I said thanx I could fix it myself and if he got the part for me a would give him a little extra for the help. They call back and told me the price of the part was over double what you could get it for. A $142.00 became $350.00. I appreciate the help but not that much.
have used them for 20 years and DAWN IS SUCH A SWEET PERSON AND TAKES GOOD CARE OF OUR NEEDS...USE SPENCER ....YOU WILL BE SO HAPPY YOU DID...I HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY HAPPY...TOM NEWMAN
Recently had A/C and air purifier installed, did our furnace install in 2017. Quality work, guys were great, cleaned up after work was completed, answering our questions. Highly recommend Spencer Heating and staff.
As I sit in my house during the first major hot day of the summer, I can not think how grateful I am to Spencer heating. For 15 years I suffered with a poor cooling system. I had another company (falso) come for a consultation. They wanted to replace my furnace and refused to give a written estimate. Mr Spencer evaluated my furnace and said it did not need to be replaced and reworked the duct system. Anyone looking for a quality HVAC company, this is who to go to.

The reviews on here are real. I was very pleased with the service that was provided and customer service as well. I had an issue with my furnace which turned out to be the heat exchanger. I had a different company (it rhymes with otter) take a look at it. I informed them that I thought it was the heat exchanger and I knew that it was under warranty because of faulty coating on inside. I informed them that is all I wanted done if that was the case. So a tech came out and took a look confirmed that it was and then said it was going to cost me $1500 for it to be replaced. I said it should be covered then said I was better off with a new furnace for $2800. I said that it covers Labor and cost for that particular recall. He said not all of it. He tried pushing the new furnace on me. I decided to get a 2nd opinion & called Spencer Heating. I spoke to Dawn, whom was very polite and friendly and she said their techs would take a look at it and informed me it be covered under warranty cost and material. She scheduled me for an appointment as soon as they could and they ended up rushing right out to fix it for me. Brian and Paul arrived promptly. They started right away and busted their butts and got it running in no time. They also fixed other minor issues with the furnace that were needed at a VERY reasonable price. Couldn't thank them enough, and I wish there was more companies like that. I will definitely be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
Wonderful people and service! This will be the only heating/air conditioning company I will ever call!
