Very happy with the furnace repair. He was extremely helpful and with snow expected today, I’m happy to have heat so quickly!
I just wanted to say how awesome Dave is about providing customer service after the sale and installation. We bought our new furnace through Dave a few years ago. It has been fantastic, until now. This morning, when my husband went to turn it on, it wasn't working. Dave responded immediately, came right over, and fixed the problem. He didn't even charge us. Who has customer service like that anymore?! I can't recommend Reale heating and air conditioning enough! Dave is the BEST!
It is Christmas Eve and my heat wasn't working. I was a little worried about cost because of the holiday. Dave assured me not to worry. Boy was he right! Thank you so much. Best Christmas present ever! Warmth and it didn't break my bank. There really are kind people out there still.
