Great supplies but customer service was rather distasteful. Hopefully someone else has a better experience. Because mine was horrible.

Absolutely terrible service. ordered a kit came broken, taken almost two weeks for them to simply order the part that was broken.
SIDS handled my warranty process for my hilmar compact pipe bender. Ran into difficulties with the papperwork processing end. So instead of making me wait they got me another the next day after our conversation. Good stuff. Thanks guys
Really bad services I bought an item there and it’s wasn’t work when I’ll try to return they don’t let me do it. Really bad experience never come back. Sometimes is better to spend the money in Home Depot. Bad experience ever.
