Jose was great professional and on time,,my just okay is because 1st...I was told bad parts would be left,only one was.2nd, of course it was one of the hottest days this summer,but I feel I was taken a little due to circumstances..I was charged 275.00 plus 273.00 for parts I found at the most were 45.00 ea. I also am pretty positive the 109.95 was suppose to be used to offset total price,not added to it if we elected to have work done,as I understood from conversation making the appt....am I wrong feeling that well over 500.00 in labor for plugging in 2 parts and checking unit is a little over the top?
Tech’s from Issacs Heating and Air Conditioning had to come out on two different occasions. The first tech who arrived on Monday, July 3rd checked the system and determined where the leak was. Unfortunately he did not have the tools to complete the repair. On Wednesday, 5 July the second tech arrived. He was scheduled for 12 - 3 pm but call at 8 am to ask if he could be at my home by 9 am. I was ecstatic that he was coming earlier and he did arrive around 9 am. He quickly got to work and he’d my AC unit fixed before noon.
Had a wiring issue with my thermostat and my AC wasn't working. José came out quickly (an entire hour before my quoted window!) He was able to efficiently and professionally diagnose the issue and fixed it quickly without having to create further delay. He really went above and beyond for us. It saved me time, money, and potential heat related illness for my children. I am BEYOND grateful for José and cannot thank Isaac's enough for sending such a wonderful technician in such a quick manner!
Your technician arrived promptly at 8am the next morning and fixed the problem with our tankless water heater. He also told us that the call was covered by a service contract that we didn't even know we had.
After calling another company and still not having the issue resolved with our tankless water heater we called Isaac’s and they came and fixed the problem. They technician was on time and very professional. We will be calling them again if we have issues in the future.
They arrived on time, the were professional. We would highly recommend.
Dustin and Brady did an amazing job completing my installation of the tankless hot water heater. Incredibly supportive and knowledgeable individuals. Anytime I had a question, they took the time to listen and answer my question. I am so appreciative of the team and look forward to our next project with Isaac’s. Thank you !! 😊

Nathan was punctual and very polite. After my new AC unit was installed he showed me how to use the thermostat and took time to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend Nathan and Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning without hesitation.
Joe and his partner were both honest and up front with me about our current air conditioning system. The first thing Joe said to me was "I can't do anyhing as this is a commercial system" ... soething I did not know. Despite that, he chacked what he could and arranged for a Project Manager to come oput and speak with us regarding an "appropriate" system.
As always, very professional, and answers any questions or concerns I have. They service the AC and Furnace every year
Joe was fabulous he reviewed what was needed and not needed and went to the office to get the right part and in the meantime checked with the Inspector to make sure everything would turn out fine.
He came, he saw, he conquered. My man Jose is the stuff of legends. No tech can compare to his talents and abilities. By far the BEST experience I've ever had with my HVAC. Strongly recommend for quick service to get you back to that cool cool air.

Isaacs has always been a wonderful company to work with. Today’s service was no different. The service tech Jose was professional, polite, and amazing...in both his technical and customer service skills. He called me this morning to say he would be there at the appointed time...and showed up on time! I would recommend Isaac Heating and AC to anyone! You’d be wasting your time and money going to any one else.
There are large houses, small houses, elegant and modern houses, old-style houses, and houses needing modern improvements. Regardless of the type – each is important to someone, and deserves to be treated as such. Derrick, the project manager, listened and evaluated the home as if it were his, and developed an energy efficient plan. He was also available to answer all questions, and took the time to explain everything. Issac Heating performed services at my home on two occasions. Each time the technicians, and employees were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Tyler performed the work with another employee. They had to modify the space/product to fit a small, old-style utility area that was not easy to work around. But, they were committed to doing a good job; and, they did. They prepared the workspace to protect the floor, and cleanup was minimal despite the fact that HVAC/Insulation work is messy. Tyler took the time to explain the installation, and how to operate the product. It’s not easy going into someone’s home to do installations or repairs. The Issac employees made it all look easy. And, they treated me with courtesy, and they treated my home like it was their own.
Very nice young man. Very personable. Maintenance on furnace, a/c and water heater. A job well done.

Everyone I dealt was great. The water heater replacement was done at a very reasonable price. Taylor who came to quote was very knowledgeable and they were at my house the next day after I approved the quote to replace the water heater.
I spent 275.00 for the service I received. My A/C was not working efficiently. They first charge to just show up. I realize they all do, but that doesn't mean it's a good practice. They had to put in a part to diagnose the problem. They were here 1/2 hour and did not charge for the part as they took it out. Total 275.00. I have to replace the unit so that is surely part of my disappointment. That is a lot for so little.
