The lady in there is kind of abrasive at times. They always have the part I need and it's your typical mom n pops business.
Just like a few others, I had gotten a part from here and was given the wrong one. I had went through the phone and given them the model of the part and even double checked it to make sure. When I went to buy it I had to wait for it to be installed, but when the installer came they realized it was the wrong part. So, the part was not used and it didn't make it a few minutes out of packaging. Despite this, the return policy strictly states that you can't return electrical parts or even trade them out, this includes if he gives you a defective piece of the wrong one. He's not willing to change his mind on this either and all orders are final. If the service actually gave me the part I needed and I was able to use it, I'd rate them high as I had no issues with customer service until trying to return to get the correct piece. Be careful to get the right part before buying if its electric, otherwise he will sell you the wrong thing and refuse to give you a refund.
They usually have the parts that you need… And the prices are decent, I don’t buy the stuff so often that I can really look for competitive pricing anyway. But, depending on who’s behind the counter, the service can be SLOW…. Bring a book…

HONOR YOUR RETURN POLICY. 5 day returns on unused parts. I didn’t use the part, I hooked the valve up to my washer but never put any electricity or water through it. DID NOT USE IT. Noticed after that I needed more then this part so tried to return it. I was told the return policy is unused or “uninstalled). That’s not written on my receipt. On top of that when I exchanged some angry words with the employee over it and left HE FOLLOWED ME OUT TO MY CAR. He had something in his had (a pen, maybe a screwdriver) and was still cursing at me. I met him halfway to my car as I feared he was going to damage my car with whatever he was holding. He continued to approach me but I wouldn’t let him get closer to my car. He continued menacing me and threatening to hit me saying “I should shouldn’t I?” and calling me “handicapped guy” because I have a handicapped sticker from when I was hurt in the Marines. I called the police who never showed up. Be warned about the bald wanna be muscle head with glasses in here. He is going to hurt someone.

Have been ingrained for years to search online and order what we need. Spent hours online and phone trying to figure out proper part and order to no avail. Called APW and Tommy was friendly and knowledgeable. Original was not available and double the cost. Tommy found a comparable replacement and assured it would work. So had part same day, (waiting on the counter when I walked in). Oven is fixed. Will now check local before wasting time online.
Extremely helpful and knowledgeable woman helped me. I didn’t have the information I needed but she figured it out. Told me to call when I got home to confirm I had the right part. Very friendly.

I was looking for a part to fix my refrigerator. It turns out it doesn't exist but the gentleman there took the time to research the issue and contacted the manufacturer to be able to tell me that. I couldn't have asked for better service. At least now I know. I'll go there again any time I need an appliance part or advice. And I won't buy that brand again.

Place was so so helpful told me everything I needed to know and had all the parts! And they were open on Sunday!! Had to replace drums on my dryer and just by helping me saved me hundreds! Highly recommend
I would have given this business no stars, but that is not possible. The issue I have with this business is I ordered 2 parts from them because they had them in stock or would be getting the parts in a day. I get the parts and take them home only to find out one of the parts is defective and the other is not even what I ordered. Then, I have to travel back and give them the defective part. This put me out 3 days without a working dryer. So I asked for a refund and the only way I could get one is if I removed my review from Google.
