Excellent service and communication. I have used Tri State Air in the past for repair my ductless air conditioner. They checked and fixed my AC very quick. Definitely recommend.
Installed Mitsubishi hvac. Work was done on time and professionally. This was a ductless air conditioner. Everything was explained in detail. Work was done very cleanly. I would recommend this company to everyone.

My HVAC was leaking water, we called serge from tri state air, he responded immediately same day he came and fix it although it was very complicated he was able to manage it professionally. I highly recommend this company for their great service and their prices are very convenient.

However, only Serge responded promptly, and come next day for scoping/estimation. I am very satisficed with job performed! Serge identified problem and resolved it in the same day.
I'll highly recommend Tri State Air Inc. company for installation and repair split AC systems. Serge and his team did installation of two split ac/heat systems in my house during renovation in 2017. They installed outside units on the level of second and third floor and gave me warranty. These guys were very professional. Update: This year one of the unit started to make noise and I called Serge and he fixed the problem next day. Very respectful professional and knowledgeable. Thank you for your excellent service!
Serge installed a number of Fujitsu units in late 2014. The system ran perfectly until may of 2021 when one of the units stopped working. Serge was quick to respond to a call for him to come in and make any necessary repairs. All repairs where completed quickly. We are happy to have everything running before the summer heat.
My a/c unit was installed back in 2013. This year I had problems and called Serge. He came very next day and fixed my system. Recommend.
Back in 2009 I decided to replace the whole central AC in my house in Staten Island with mini split and contracted Tri State Air. Sergey and his team have done excellent job installing two 36 btu compressors and multiple room units, and it worked with no problem for almost 10 years. This year there was problem with one system, Sergey came, diagnosed the problem and brought it back to working order. So far I'm happy with Tri State Air and it's owner
Sergio installed an air conditioning unit in my dining room and did an excellent job. He was very professional, courteous, and respectful. The entire from start to finish took about three hours, and he was very patient when showing me how to use the remote control.

Serge and his installers were fantastic. The job was done exactly when he promised. His knowledge of the product and operation of the remote control. We are very pleased with Tri-Stae Air and wouldn''t Hesitate to recommend them to our friends and neighbors. After 4 years we had an issue with one of our units. We called Serge and within a day or two he came to check out the problem. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it immediately. Everythings working again like new.
