Matt S., Vin B. and Gamini provided excellent service installing the new A/C unit and system. They were prompt, efficient and knowledgeable. They answered questions and walked us through the new system and reviewed things before cleaning up and leaving. Their electrician, Pedro, went out of his way to install one thermostat to control both the heating and cooling systems in our house. We called 3-4 companies to get quotes for the job, and went with Scaran because of their customer service and the quality work they do. I recommend them for any work. You won't be disappointed.
This was my first experience with Scaran after switching from another service and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. I needed annual maintenance for my 3 AC units and 1 heating unit and Brandon G. was extremely courteous, informative and thorough, spending approximately 3 hours at my house. He went above and beyond by asking another technician to drop off new AC filters and explained everything that he was going to do so that I was clear on the services he was providing. I recommend Scaran if you are looking for AC/heating service work.
Kyle G was very professional and knowledgeable. He troubleshooted and fixed the problem very quickly.
The fan to the central unit stop spinning and it was making loud noises. Since it was Sunday, I filled out a request for service for Monday. They are closed on Sunday for regular office hours. I got a call back at 8am. I was just about to call them. Cut to the time the technician came to the house. He checked the unit, found out the capacitor. Luckily that was all that was wrong. The technician Michael O'Connor was honest and professional. We talk in length about my unit. He was very patient. He could have sold me feron that I didn't need, or other parts. He was honest about the company pricing. I told him, I value professionalism, dependability and honesty when choosing a company. I definitely will go to them again.
We have always counted on Scaran for our heating/AC needs but the service professional who came today for our A/C and heat check-up was phenomenal! Brandon G was really thorough and answered all of our questions. He was proactive about explaining his processes and he also cleaned up after his service. Brandon went above and beyond today and we are grateful for his professionalism and expertise!
We had ductless AC system installed. Matt S and Vinny B. were professional, on time, neat and made the entire installation process stress free. After the units were installed and tested, they explained the operating procedures of both units. They also removed an existing large AC unit and covered the wall opening securely. They made sure that the house was left clean and in order. We thank you for the outstanding service and quality of the workmanship. We recommend the entire SCARAN company and staff highly.
Mike O was very professional and knowledgeable. He let me know what he did to my unit and how much, more or less, time my old unit has left. He even showed me how to put the filter in right and marked it on the unit! Great guy from a great company!
In our two apartment duplex, got the thermostat replaced in one unit and additional refrigerant for the AC in the other unit. Mike O'Connor was the service technician and he was knowledgeable and professional (great service)!
Technicians Tim and Eric arrived on time and were professional and courteous. They answered my questions and an appointment for a new unit was scheduled.

We have been long standing customers. Today Tim & Eric came to do seasonal check up on A/C. We were called ahead of time to expect someone within 1/2 hour. Arrived on time, both friendly and professional. Gave updates as they were working. Job done quickly..would highly recommend

Mike O. just serviced our a/c system problem in a quick, pleasant and efficient manner. He added a new trap to help with the condensate pump in the lower level. He is a knowledgeable and pleasant technician, but I have come to expect that from this company. They have maintained our HVAC system for years. Keep up the great work! And keep hiring great staff like Mike.

Steve K. and Eric did a thorough job of the A/C startup for both of our systems. The systems were cleaned, tested, and adjusted as part of the annual service subscription that we have with Scaran. Eric seemed to be new to the Scaran team and was eager to learn the proper maintenance of each type of A/C system under Steve's watchful eye. Eric was very personable and good at explaining the work that was done. He will be a valuable member of Scaran's excellent service team.
Had Scaran out to service AC unit included in service contract. They called day before to confirm and afternoon of with a 30 minute time window and arrived on time. Techs Steve K and Eric were courteous and professional.
We have enjoyed the professionalism of Scaran maintenance for many years and have the annual package. Today, we had our best experience to date with Brandon G. Friendly, thorough and competent, Brandon went the extra step on the regular summer maintenance, from changing batteries in the thermostat, marking important dials on the humidifier, and putting labels on important items including the hot water heater and furnace. I was so impressed. We 💗 supporting neighborhood businesses, especially when you are treated so well. Well worth the cost.

We had an appointment on 5/09/23 to have our Hvac system check out as part of our annual contract . Steve and Eric showed up to do the work . Both technicians were very respectful and knowledgeable in their work . They explained everything that they were doing to me and answered any concerns that I had . Keep up the great work !!!
