Horrible, lady has a nasty attitude & hangs up if she doesn’t know how to answer your question or doesn’t feel like working. Do not recommend them.
They do great work, however …. They overcharged on supplies and service hours with an apprentice on the job. The owner did come and try to minimize the issue1 but eventually did the right thing and paid the overcharge. Would have been much more respectable had he just admitted and issued a refund. Poor business ethic but good work was performed. ALWAYS ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED SUPPLY RECEIPT!!!!!
Used Richmond Plumbing over the years for sewer line maintenance never had an issue.First time using them to replace my water heater great job on time no issues.

Richmond Plumbing replace an old pipe under the floor in my basement. They were efficient, professional, and trustworthy.
Called Richmond to move washer drier from upstairs to downstairs, install new toilets and vanities, faucets and slop sink. They were fast, professional, and kept the house clean, for a great price. Couldn’t be happier with the service; nice to see people still take pride in their work. Thankyou guys!

The Richmond Plumbing Team from my initial call to their office coordinated with me the best approach needed to replace a tub drain in a tenant occupied apartment. The building is a 1920's 2-Family era building, and the tub drain location and replacement can require much work, knowledge and skill to make a proper and timely repair. The Richmond Plumbing Team brought it all and their A Teams approach reinforces why they are my first call.

This company is one of the better companies to utilize primarily because of its customer service. Within this day and age where every company is making humans communicate with artificial intelligence, they remain centered on human to human communication. I received a call, reminding me of the annual evaluation, and we scheduled a date. The representative was punctual, and he explain what he was doing, as well as clarified any terms that is not known to the average layman. As a result of this, I will absolutely recommend other people to use their services.
Since moving into my house in 1994 I have experienced water backups despite having several sump pumps which tended to overheat during continuous and heavy rain storms. Many plumbers have come and gone with poor band-aid solutions and little insight around the real problem. Last summer Chuck Plugues from Richmond Plumbing took a different approach. He was determined to figure out the root cause and would not accept a "we'll manage the water after it backs up solution". While doing another important plumbing job in my house, he came up with an idea that required some digging but eventually found broken PVC pipe that terminated two feet underground in the middle of my lawn. Rain water had no where to go except backup into my house and engage the sump pumps. Chuck and partner Anthony Fahallah found the problem, replaced the pipe and built out to a point of safe release. This was about nine months ago. Since that time, the sump pumps have never engaged, NEVER! When we have heavy storms, the water flows through pipes freely and releases away from the house. To sum up, we had 28 years of water backup. Thanks to Chuck, Anthony, and team from Richmond Plumbing, I am able to take naps during major storms without hearing the screaming sensors and sump pumps. Thanks Chuck: You are the best!

I called them because my father's boiler wasn't working, they came over when they said they would, Anthony the plumber was very friendly towards my elderly father and got the boiler working in no time, at a fair price, would definitely do business with this company again, thanks Anthony
Richmond Plumbing was here to replace our 13 yr old boiler and hot water heater. The boiler stopped working in the middle of the night on Friday when it was 33 degrees outside. We called Saturday morning and someone was here to try and help that afternoon. First thing Monday the owner was here, reassessed the situation and worked with us to replace both items. After we discussed all of our options, he ordered replacements immediately and made sure his crew was here first thing Tuesday to do the work. The job would take two days so they worked with our availability and completed the water heater installation on Thursday. I have nothing but good things to say about the workmanship and everyone I had contact with. They made sure, both days, that everything was in working order before they left and took the time to explain everything they had done. They left my basement as they found it - no debris, no mess. Last, given the urgency of the situation (no heat or hot water for 3 days) that did not appear to factor into the cost. We did our research and can say with confidence that we did not overpay for their services. I would definitely recommend them - skilled individuals and just all around good people.
Anthony, the technician that responded to my home to look at my heating system, was prompt, knowledgeable and professional. He immediately identified the issue and fixed it. I have heat again! I will definitely use Richmond Plumbing for any future needs.
I have always use richmond plumbing for more than 25 years. They are familiar w/ the old homes on s.i. i do not feel comfortable with using some one else. I had a bad experience with another company
Responded quickly to 2 separate, time-sensitive calls and made necessary repairs. Service was done professionally and efficiently. Richmond Plumbing is not the lowest priced outfit available, but they are easily accessible, quick to respond, they get the job done and they are very pleasant to work with.
