John was very professional and checked everything thoroughly on an extremely hot day when the central AC stopped working. He was extremely patient and explained things clearly, making sure we understood the work that was needed to be done and what our best options were. I would def recommend John and PAC! ——————————— We just had a completely new HVAC system installed with PAC, and an electrical wire had to be run outside the house for the AC unit. James came back to seal the hole they had drilled outside the house for us after the installation job was finished, and he went above and beyond to get the job done! Moreover, he was extremely pleasant and courteous, and was very professional by explaining what needed to be done! Awesome company and exemplary staff! Thanks James and PAC! -------------------------------- 6/30/23 Tried 2 days to open the unit so that I can replace the AC filter, but the screws were done too tight. Thanks for sending James again to the rescue! As always, James was really courteous and extremely professional, and even gave us advice on the things we need to be aware of with our new unit! Without a doubt, PAC and staff are always the best! You can always depend on them!
Since I have been on Staten Island, going on 23 years, I have been dealing only with this company. They are my go to.. the guys are phenomenal, I truly appreciate them. In addition, it’s not just Mario and Chris but the entire staff. Thank you to all.

Alex came to do a repipe. He was extremely professional and a truly nice guy. He explained everything thoroughly and sid my repair in no time! I definitely recommend Alex.
I was very happy with the service and the technician and the responsiveness and how quickly the problem was solved. I was not happy that I was charged $150 for a service call that was all of 20 minutes and a simple tapping of the equipment was all it took to solve the problem. I understand there is a service charge but $150 is high. $100 seems more fair.
2 technicians came and gave us a very helpful informative solution that we will need to solve our problems. He explained everything in details.
