Excellent communication and follow through. I thought the price was very fair. Installation was smooth, and they triple checked everything before they left.
Do not use Gem Air in Staten Island. They are incompetent and they do not back up their work when there is a problem. I had a Friedrick ductless system put in my them 2 seasons ago and it’s already broken. For three months they ignored me and when they did answer they would tell me they were coming and never show and ignore me again.
Highly recommended! Best price out of 3 different quotes from 3 recommended businesses. They stand behind their work by matching the manufacturer's part warranty with their labor. Gave me an estimate late on Wednesday and was completed same day on Friday as scheduled on time. John was very professional and honest. He gave it to me straight and weighed and priced out my options. You won't regret going with Gem Air!
Did not have a good experience with this company at all. Very unreliable. Installed units last fall and still having problems. Promises to come and fix and never shows up. Very frustrating!
