Excellent service. It's hard to trust companies today but I felt comfortable. They answered every question I asked and explained in detail they problems I was having with my unit and how it can be fixed. They were very fair and solved my problem in a timely fashion. Very neat and clean. I would recommend them to anyone who has an issue or needs a replacement. Thank you for your service. It's well appreciated
Very bad experience . Never came back after system broke even tough we paid for 5 year warranty. DO NOT TRUST NICK !
We had a service contract with this company and were unable to get in touch with them to provide the service we prepaid for.
Totally unprofessional. Stay away. Especially don't deal with Sal. 100% scum.
Ordered cleaning and inspection of home furnace thru Angies List. Nick came out inspected equipment and identified issue with ventilation. Nick suggested new ventilation tubing at a cost of $820 after he credited back Angies List payment. Appointments were never met on time. Each appt had to be rescheduled for next day and arrival time never met. The installer wrote on invoice we had a 3 year guarantee after installation. My ventilation/exhaust became worse after work completed. Installer came out twice and could not fix issue. After second attempt to fix issue, installer promised to come back next day which he never did. I left multiple messages with answering service for someone to contact me regarding my exhaust problem. They have an answering service answer all calls. You can never reach owner unless he calls back. I had to turn off furnace multiple times a day to minimize the high amount of fumes coming out of furnace. The walls and ceiling through out the house were black from the fumes. I am now getting ready to replace furnace. I would suggest not using these guys. They sound good in the beginning but if something goes wrong you will be left on your own. Not worth the time and headache to use this company. There is another unhappy customer who furnished the owner's recent arrest. You can see below.
0 STARS. THE WORST EXPERIANCE OF MY LIFE WAS WITH THIS COMPANY. I CALLED TO GET A NEW AIR CONDITIONING AND HEATING UNIT AND THIS GUY TOOK MY MONEY AND SKIPPED TOWN.
Nick was great. Easy to talk to and he got the job done right!
