This business was very unprofessional and poor with keeping their word. On two seperate occasions, my wife and I went out of our way to meet the team at our new place for an estimate early in the morning. The worker never showed and no one even cared to call us to inform us there was an issue. Apparently there was an "emergency". After speaking with Theresa, I was told that we would be prioritized for a followup. She spent time on our call to back handedly compliment my wife saying that she was sweet even when she was upset. A week goes by after being told we would be the emergency this time and would definitely be seen. We again went out of our way to get to the new place to meet someone early in the morning. Again no one called us on the day of the consultation. We called and Theresa picked up She said that somone called out of work and they couldn't do it AGAIN. Okay the least she could have done was reach out to us to inform us so we can make arrangements to not come. Terrible service, would not recommend.
