Called Arnica on the phone for estimates. The representatives I spoke with were super nice and were very willing to answer my questions. However when the estimator came out, he didn't look very approachable. Didn't really ask me much. Just looked at my systems and took down notes. Asked is there anything else and then told me I would be getting a email with the quote.
It’s so nice to share when you are “Wowed” by a company that not only does a great job, but the installation professional, Adam and the Office Manager, Rosette,are super pleasant, knowledgeable, patient, helpful, explains everything and you feel comfortable/safe having them inside your home during the stressful time of installing a Central AC during a heatwave for my sick mom. I couldn’t be happier with the installation and would highly recommend this company.
The service person that was over my home was great in every way he explains what was going on plus I was very comfortable. I was very happy. And the office Un stood the issue of the problem. Thank you again
Arnica has been my go-to HVAC company for many years now. They communicate well, and their service people are knowledgeable and arrive in the time periods they say they will. The company actually aims to please the customer, a Staten Island rarity. Highly recommended.
I have used Arnica for several years now, and they are always prompt, pleasant and very customer focused. I have gone through several Staten island HVAC companies, and been disappointed until I found Arnica. I would definitely recommend them.
We did a full heating system and hot water conversion from gas to electric heat pumps with Arnica and have been impressed. They will secure the rebates from NYS and ConEd, and are able to retrofit condensers, lines, and minisplits to your home. The service has been great so far, and the Mitsubishi and Rheem heat pump systems are really nice.
Was looking to get a Mini split installed They had the best price the greatest customer service rosette Was the one who took care of me she answered all my questions all my concerns I can't say but good things from this company Best customer service I've had so far in any placeI would recommend them to anybody and I'll keep using them from now on to service my AC
Contacted Arnica Heating, Lisa at the office she was extremly helpfull and professional. Being a holiday she was still able to accomodate us wth an appointment. As we are a construction company we are usually at different locations, Arnica Heating communicated with us with accuracy giving us heads up as to the technicians ETA which was extremely helpfull. Techinician was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them for any heating or AC work.
I’ve been an Arnica customer for several years. Arnica first earned my business by providing a competitive price for a new furnace and being honest about the AC unit not needing replacement. For the furnace installation and every yearly tune-up, the skilled service techs were on-time, polite and professional. Thanks to Arnica the new furnace continues to be problem free and the old AC unit, which upon their recommendation was not replaced, is still working well.
My split duct Mitsubishi unit started leaking so I called Arnica which installed the unit two years ago. I expected that I would need a new pump but was surprised when the technician said that it needed to be cleaned. He showed me how to do it properly so that I would be able to avoid a service call in the future. Very professional!
I watched this business grow from day one, arnica hvac grew because its foundation is built on professionalism, loyalty, and excellent service. I Recommend this company from experience and because every job is treated as if it was being done on there own home.
Very polite and proficient staff! Had a few hiccups with my install, but Rosette stayed on top of it til it was resolved! It's nice to see the owner (Simon) gets out in the field as well..seems to be a well run organization.
I struggled to find a Mitsubishi Diamond HVAC technician for a while and Arnica has the certification and did a great job inspecting my building of 5 units. Great communication over the phone and by email with Lisa and plan to use them yearly to check our home.
I chose Arnica to install a hyper heat Mitsubishi split system for my entire 2 family house in Ozone Park. The Arnica team are experts at what they do and I cannot be more happy with my new mini-split system. Simone visited my home for an assessment and his expertise was immediately clear. He knew the Mitsubishi product, NYSERDA/Con-Ed requirements inside out. Also Simone informed me about the NYS Clean Heat rebate program that was recently launched in NY; no other HVAC contractor mentioned this to me before. It's a huge savings and if you are considering a whole-house heating/cooling solution I strongly encourage you to research this and select a contractor that participates in the program. The crew was a pleasure to work with from the start. They installed a total of 3 condensers with 10 air handlers and kumo clouds that cover every room in my house. All of them were very knowledgeable and personable. They were extremely neat with their piping and cuts. I got to know a couple of them and I honestly missed them when the job was over. It's mid December now and the system is providing very good heat. I can just heat the rooms I occupy and turn off the heads in the rooms I don't use. So far I have not had to turn on my old gas boiler for traditional steam radiator heating, even with the below freezing weather. No more noisy radiators waking me up at night! I had a minor issue one night with one of my condenser blades freezing after a snow storm. I resolved the problem myself but Simone still called me that night (well after business hours) to make sure everything was working fine. This is the quality of people you want to do business with.
The professionalism with Arnica is great. I have used them to replace my boiler, my AC unit as well as maintenance on my unit's ( I have 2zone) They come right away. During this time (Corona) the mechanics wear their mask. They are also very nice and polite.

We called Arnica when our heating system stopped working. They were very professional from the initial phone call to when the service man left our home. He fixed our boiler quickly and gave us a fair price. Would definitely recommend to any homeowner looking for a heating & AC company who’s honest and reasonably priced.
We called Arnica they responded immediately they came the worker was very knowledgeable he new right away what was wrong with our furnace. Within an hour he was done. He did a great job. I will definitely use them again Great company
When a new furnace was installed a little over a year ago, the work was completed in a timely and mess-free way. All my questions to the installer were answered politely and clearly. Yesterday it was time for a maintenance check-up so I called around 10 a.m. to schedule an appointment and was surprised to learn that someone would be dispatched shortly. The technician was here within a couple of hours and the check-up was completed quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning if you have need for this type of service.
