My PTACs in my apartment were not performing well and I contacted Kevin from Unisys Heating and Cooling through a reference to examine and repair them. We determined that it made more sense to replace and he quickly provided me quotes. Throughout the entire process, Kevin was extremely responsive to my questions, very polite, and easy to work with. He holds to his word and I did not have any issues with him honoring any appointments or showing up on time as he promised. Kevin delivered above my expectations and I am very happy with the new PTACs. Thank you Kevin and I encourage you to work with him for your heating and cooling issues as well.
Kevin from Unisys is very effective and responsive. He fixed a broken fan blade box in an AC unit in one day. He had to take the unit off premises. It was making a horrible noise. He knows his stuff and is a great guy. Use can use Unisys with confidence.
I called up Kevin in the morning and by the next day my ac was fixed for my office. I will definitely recommend him to others. He is quick and reliable.

Great Service! Response was immediate and Quick. They came to my Manhattan site rite away it was Same day service! Amazing.AC tech came & Analyzed the problem in our ptac air conditioner. Gave feedback on the situation and Service they will provide gave a reasonable quote of pricing. Which was very very reasonable. I was expecting a higher pricing. They provided such professional service and Didn't try to show any effort to trick on pricing. The professional service they provided cleaning, Gas refill and Checking connection.
