Long Energy provides our propane service and all our residential heating, cooling and hot water needs. Their customer service is excellent, their teams knowledgeable and I would highly recommend them!
Long Energy coming through in a pinch!!! My hot water tank died and Shawn and Jason tracked one down and had it installed in a matter of days…. They are the best and I highly recommend them!
Old AC unit, part of our heat pump, stopped working last night! Expected to be 90 degrees out today. Called Long Energy at 6:30am, they got back to us within an hour. They sent the technician out by 10:30-11:00 am and he worked on it in the scorching heat and fixed the thing!! Amazing mechanic, really friendly and really knew what he was doing! Thank you Bob, and Sean! Great service at a reasonable price! Long Energy gives old fashioned SERVICE to their customers! Really appreciate that and will call them again! 😊 Cherie & Gerard Burke

My AC unit broke the first time I used it this season, and after having 5 companies quote me on replacements, Long Energy is the winner for sure! Andrew Brink from Long Energy has been great to work with, answers all of my questions promptly, and has been going above and beyond to provide me with excellent service. Plus Long Energy crushed all of the other companies (Roland, A Johnson, Appolo, & Holbrook) on price, while also providing me with a higher end unit for less $ than their competitor's lower end models. I highly recommend Long Energy for HVAC systems!
My boiler broke down and the temperature in my house was under 55°. Long Energy Center sent their technician Bob L, who is very knowledgeable and professional along with being friendly. He diagnosed the problem and repaired it in no time. I was so happy to have my heat working again. The workspace was left clean and you would never of known that he was there. I’ve had other companies come to my house and they have left the work area a mess. I am very satisfied with the work that was performed by Long Energy and their technician Bob and I will now be a loyal Long Energy customer. Two thumbs up to Long Energy and their technician!!
I needed a new oil tank as mine was really old. I’ve had work done by other companies over the years by different oil companies and have not been happy. I called Long Energy and they said someone would come up to look at the job and give me a quote. I was shocked. He came at the time they said he would be here. He checked everything and gave me a quote and it was a very good price. I said ok. Put the new tank in. They came to do the install at the time promised. The 2 people that were here worked until it was done. They never stopped until it was done. They even did a cleanup job that was great. They had one of their oil trucks come up to give me a fill-up at a great price. First time I have been happy about having work done. I’ll stick with Long Energy for my oil and for any problems I have. Also, they are professional looking and take pride in their work and pride in their company. Go with Long Energy and you won’t be sorry.
Excellent service, very responsive. We had a no-heat call and the tech was here withint the hour and had us back up and running, awesome experience.

For many years I have used Long Oil for propane, oil and oil burner service. As oil prices increased to an exhorbitant level, I shopped my oil suppliers and found a more reasonably priced distributor. After switching suppliers of oil, Long Oil terminated my account to service my oil burner. My response is to terminate my propane account. Long Oil cannot be trusted to provide service without spending high prices for oil. I No longer do business with Long Oil.
We've always had fast and friendly service with Cate Zakens for our fuel oil deliveries and furnace servicing. We like them so much that we decided to hire them to install a Trane central air unit... only to find out that Andy Watson-Brink is super knowledgable and as friendly as Cate. Love these guys!
Been a customer with Persico / Long Energy since I purchased my home in 2020, customer service has always been top notch and fuel deliveries very quick after requesting them. Today was my first experience with service side as my furnace decided to stop working. The Service technician (Jesse) was very professional and explained everything he was finding and doing. He replaced the fuel pump and tested everything and adjusted the air flow for a better quality flame. I am very impressed with Jesse and Persico / Long Energy. Thank You to all of you !! On Friday@12:15 I called Long Energy to schedule an appointment for replacing my hot water heater that was dripping.The lady on the phone transferred immediately to service and the next thing I knew I had 3 service trucks in my driveway and a delivery truck on the way with the heater The heater was installed and operating by 3:30.Thanks to all
