Needed our vent ducts cleaned due to some remodeling. Jackson & Alvin did an awesome job. They were on time, courteous and very thorough in their work. Took me on a walk thru and explained everything they did. Would highly recommend them.

Adams home heating Technician came in promised time window. Checked the filter, checked that the humidifier was set to summer (it was not) then checked and cleaned the AC unit. Efficient and knowledgeable
Tom G. and Donye W. removed our old tank hot water heater, and installed a new tankless hot water heater. They were friendly, professional, and clean. They did a great job, and I recommend them.
Friday came in to check my wall mount heating boiler. The guy told what was wrong but nothing he can do till Monday. He said on Monday they will contact me with a quote. Monday came no call or email I called them and they told me that they will send it to the manager so the manager can contact me with a quote. Today Wednesday I haven't heard from them. They took 1$144 to basically Nothing .
Noah and Paul Jr. just installed our new AC. Their service was outstanding and they were enjoyable to have in our home! Along the way, they asked if we had any questions. All staff we dealt with were professional, friendly, and courteous, Also, they were very respectful wearing booties and careful when moving equipment in and out of our home. We like the email appointment software that is available 24/7 and received a follow up phone call promptly the next morning. She was polite, accommodating and professional. Our tech Norm was actually early, again very polite, professional, took time to explained my problem and knowledgeable. Thank you for your service.
Norm & Matt were prompt and thorough. Norm was very professional and spent time explaining each step he was taking to repair my AC system . If you need AC service I highly recomment Adams Heating and Cooling.
Updated Review: Mike called and was very professional. Explained their policy and acknowledged the miss on their part. Refunded the additional charges. A+ for customer service. I ended up going with another company, but I respect and give credit to Adam’s quick response and customer service. Called Adam’s to request someone come out and provide a diagnosis of why my a/c was not working. I provided background information over the phone and asked how much it would cost to diagnose the issue and provide available solutions. I was quoted on the phone $129 to perform a diagnosis. The tech that came out was excellent! He was thorough, courteous, answered all my questions and provided recommendations for next steps. Here is my issue: I was charged an additional $90 for an additional 30 mins of labor (no repairs were made). On top of that, a $5 gas surcharge! I’ve never had a company charge me a fee for their gas. I was considering going with them to install a new a/c unit but I will not do business with a company who nickel and dimes their customers. Poor business practice in my book.
The guys from Adams did a great job. They were always available for questions, and thorough with their answers. They always kept our wants and needs in mind instead of just selling to us. Installation was fast and they respected our home when going on and out. They cleaned up and explained the system at the end. I would definitely recommend them. Great job guys!

Great Experience, Mike was great, I will definitely go back to them in the future! Mike was on time, efficient, and very respectful of my home. The price that I was estimated for a hot water tank matched the amount on my final bill. And Mike even gave me a military discount for being a veteran. This is a great family owned business much better than the others.
Micheal from Adams heating and cooling just left our house. We called this morning about our air conditioning and heat not turning on and he was here within the hour. Mike was super knowledgeable, very professional and friendly. He figured out the problem and repaired it. We have been with Adams for many many years. Very satisfied customers.

Waking up into the cold house in the winter morning is not my kind of fun. Called ADAMS right a way and ask for help. They sent me service man as soon as possible (about 15 min. or less). Technician found the problem and needed replacement part. Call all over stores to find it until it was in Troy. He drove there and back install new part and got heating going. That was an excellent job. Thank you all of employees who were involved. And I am one happy person! Eva Zelenka
Adams Heating has been my choice since the early 2000’s. They are exceptional in all they do. I just had a new furnace installed and everyone was timely, courteous and went the extra mile. Communication through the whole process was smooth and flawless. I want to thank the team for providing top notch work and commitment.
As timing would have it, my furnace stopped working tonight during a snowstorm. The on-call man, Norm, came from Amsterdam to Schenectady. He was polite and professional and it took him a very short time to determine the problem (of all things the batteries in my thermostat were low). I plan on scheduling a furnace maintenance and hope Norm is the one to do it because he sure knows his stuff.
