I tried to schedule a consultation for a unit install between 12-2 pm. At 3:15 I called the office to confirm if the technicians would still be coming. 30 additional minutes had passed before receiving a call back. The technicians would not be able to get to me for another 3-4 hours. This is beyond unacceptable. I got no notice of the tardiness nor a reasonable explanation. To save your time please go elsewhere.
