I can't speak highly enough of Rick and his crew. Their reviews speak for themselves and I'm happy to add one more. The crew was polite, clean, did the entire installation of our ductless AC system (with 2 condensers and 5 mini-splits) extremely quickly. When we started the project, we got quotes from 6 different HVAC companies. Don't waste your time doing the same, just go with these guys. Rick was the only one who accurately told us what size units we need for our space (now that they are installed, it's easy to tell that less powerful units would not have cut it) and gave us the best price. We also live in an older house, with no exterior access to the backyard, we needed one of the split units to be installed on an interior room, and wanted another unit to be installed over a window. I'm pretty sure we made this project as difficult as possible, but none of it was problem for Element Heating and Cooling Services. They worked with us to get everything installed exactly how we wanted and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.
It was great to get a next-day appointment. Rick arrived promptly and did everything necessary to get my a/c system ready for summer in a very efficient and professional way. I appreciated his honesty in letting me know exactly what was needed, and what was not needed, at the present time. Friendly and courteous service, highly recommended.

Happy of how quickly Rick the owner responded and took care of my parents boiler. Had checked ,replaced and installed in a matter of 3 days. Kept me informed the whole entire time what was going on, until the job was completed. The owner Rick and his crew did an awesome job. Highly recommended.

Had my heating boiler replaced. They noticed an issue with the leaking gas and had my replacement expedited. I really appreciate how quick he put me in his busy schedule and the replacement took only a day! Great service and Rick was great to work with. Will definitely have my future business
Our aging HVAC system was acting up, the heat was not going on consistently. We needed something done about it quickly prior to going on vacation, so we wouldn’t have to worry about it completely breaking down while we were away. Rick totally came through, from A to Z. Like a true professional who always puts clients first, he went over all our options and even showed me what I could try just in case the thing stopped working altogether. Ultimately we went with a full replacement, and are glad we did. Rick gave us THE top of the line unit for a great price, and amazingly within a week he and his crew were at the house at 8 in the morning getting the job done. Everyone was totally focused and professional. No breaks or nonsense, and a few hours later it was all done, cleaned up like nothing happened, and working beautifully. We would absolutely recommend Rick and his team to anyone needing HVAC work, from repairs to replacement. 110% satisfied - thanks again Rick.

I needed an HVAC company to close off one heating/AC vent and install a new heating/AC vent in my kitchen, because I am having the kitchen redone. I called 3 other HVAC companies and they all gave me the runaround: never called back with a price; was not interested in doing this project; and was going to charge a fee just to look at the job. Then I got lucky and called Rick at Element. He called me right back, came to look at the job, quoted me a very fair price, and completed the job the following week. It was such a pleasure to deal with Rick and his workers. I highly recommend Rick and his crew at Element for all your heating and air conditioning needs. Since I was under a time restraint, he really went out of his way to accommodate me. It’s very hard to find tradesmen like this today. I will never call anyone but Rick at Element for all my HVAC needs in the future.

Rick answered my request for a quote right away and explained everything in the quote. He was always punctual and kept me in the loop. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had and took his time to explain things to me. Installation of the furnace, 4 hours as he indicated. Rick was fair, professional and his customer service was excellent! Would definitely recommend him and use his company in the future if needed.
Rick was quick to respond and resolved the leaking furnace/Ac issue after a 2nd visit same day. He cared about his work which is a good sign. Pricing was decent. I was not aware of the service call standard charge which should be disclosed prior to the visit. Even so, service was quick and issue was solved. I would recommend.
Ricky is very curtious and knowledgeable. He gives very good prices and great service. His staff was very thero and installed both heating system and ac system in a timely matter. Ricky anwswers his phone calls and comes as he says he would on time!
Rick and his team are great. From the first phone call (yes he answers the phone, these other ac companies don't even answer or call back) to the completion of the setup, it was a pleasure. Rick took great care of me by getting me in asap and replacing my old hvac and upgrading my cooling and heating. They were on time as scheduled and had all the parts delivered day before. I can't be happier with the final setup, I'm feeling cool.
