I bought a ductless system and an extended warranty. I just had my first yearly service. They came and cleaned and serviced each of my units. The gentleman was very nice and efficient. Karen at the office is always there to answer my call and she always handles any issue with a smile in her voice. Phillip also has always tried hard to do well by his customers. Overall I am so far pleased with the service I have received from RichAir. They are a smaller company and they try to do right. That is a lot in the current environment we all live in. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. UODATE 2023: I had an issue with my system and RichAir sent out a technician today to evaluate the problem. The two techs that came were punctual, professional, courteous, thorough and knew their job. Hopefully we are on the path to a good resolution but I appreciate they manner in which this whole thing as been handled. Nice to see a company that still really cares about its customers.

Richair's team was very punctual and respectful. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and completed the job within the expected timeframe. Their courteous and friendly staff was easy to communicate with, to discuss my concerns. I had very good experience with Richair.
I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Andy at Richair. He was truly remarkable and I cannot help but share my excitement with all. From start to finish every aspect of my experience was nothing short of extraordinary .
Richair gave me an excellent customer experience. They were quick to respond to my questions and requests. They did a nice job. They arrived when scheduled, and completed the work on time.
Lost pressure in the system and they gave me the options to tackle the situation and came to do the job without any issues and so far all is working well!
I just want to say that Phillipe and Angel who came today were great.. the sort of employees any company would be proud to have and do anything to hold onto. They worked incredibly hard and diligently to find and solve the problem with our AC. We are disappointed that our system, only 2 years old, didn't work at the beginning of last summer and again this year, due to a leak. I am hopeful that this time, the leak has been found and fixed.
From sales to finance to the service technicians the team was very professional, clean and on time. I've been wanting to add a Mitsubishi Split Ductless system to my home for the longest and with their help, my dream has come true. Thanks Andy for ringing my bell.
The experience with RichAir and the entire team was amazing. From the start when we met Phillip and Andrew for our initial meeting, and then when they planned out the installation, the installation team of Bernardo and Del, and the office staff. I can't say enough good things about them. Very professional, courteous, and responsive to every call and e-mail we sent. I would highly recommend this company for your Ductless split needs. What most impressed me was that when we had some issues, which will invariably happen on a job as big as mine, Rich Air was attentive and fixed those issues promptly. They also made sure I got good financing and received my rebates back in due course. Overall, and excellent outfit.

Pleasant and excellent service
Rich Air started out great with the the salesman James presenting and estimate with explanations each step of the way. However, as time went by there was a significant disconnect between what was on the contract and how the work was to be done from what actually transpired. The install took over 4 months for a 3 unit install project! The contract also had in it a manufacturers rebate which I have not received to date. Furthermore it was stated I would get a con Edison rebate based on the equipment installed. Months after I have completely paid them, I am being told the rebate would be halved due to some Changes. It is unfortunate for rich air because I had 4 other job for them which I’ve decided to transfer to their competitors. At this time I would seriously consider other options until they start honoring their contract agreements. The Mitsubishi dual heating and cooling systems are working properly and are extremely quite! That’s about the only positive outcome with this project. I also bought their 12 years warranty and service plan. I hope they can at least honor that if and when the need arrives. Updated on 2/1/2023 I am updating the original review to advise of the improved outcomes regarding the above history. We were able to get the full promised rebate after Boris Ermant (Manager/Owner) became involved in the rebate process. I will also state that the units are functioning very fine so far and has had its first service. The units are quite efficient to run and easy to operate. It provides cool and hot air as needed. So far the service technician from Rich Air was professional and very knowledgeable. Dr. Persaud

Rich Air installed my system and has maintained it over the years with automatic contacts for servicing. Staff has been and strill are top notch professionals.
