Im very happy that I went with Norwest! They were on time, professional, and quick! I had a couple of follow ups, and they responded promptly. I love my WiFi PTAC units! Overall, it was a good experience!
I can tell you that the driver of van 57192 MM is an aggressive driver and needs to slow down and recognize he's driving a rolling billboard. I'm sure that's no reflection on quality but just the same nonetheless.
I spent a great deal of time getting quotes to replace our 10+ year old PTAC units. NorWest was the lowest price by far! But even more important, before purchasing our IslandAire units, I had numerous conversations with Maureen about the units and she was extremely knowledgeable and very responsive. Our installers, Miguel and Javier, were true professionals and took the time to answer all our questions. Because of Miguel's expertise of the product and attention to detail, the installation was quick, clean, and efficient. From estimate to installation, the process was amazing and there were no surprises along the way. The units are performing as expected now with heat, and we look forward to a cool summer with more more efficient A/C units. Thanks NorWest!
I requested Nor-West for an evaluation and estimate to replace a failing PTAC unit with a newer model in my condo. Antonio and Javier from Nor-West were on time, very professional and efficient on the appointed date. They did everything in under an hour and was very methodical in the process, including testing, clean up and removal. I am pleased.

Fast, honest and highly skilled
One of the Bedroom's AC went out. Unfortunately, manufacturer's warranty only covered seal parts, not exposed motor. I was recommended to Nor-West by IslandAire. First appointment on time, took AC unit with them. I was told I would get it between 1-2 weeks I got it on the 15th day. Second appointment also on time. Installed and working great. A bit pricey but I rather pay more and deal with professionals like Nor-West. I also got a year warranty. I will use them again and recommend them. Thanks Maureen and tech. Richard!
Initially my experience was not good. I was promised an appointment for delivery and installation of a new PTAC for my Primary Bedroom today between 9am-1pm. When no one had arrived by 2pm, I called the company to ask if they’d be arriving soon. I was told that they had made a mistake and never put me on the schedule. I was very unhappy with the response at the time, and lack of solutions. So after sweating it out all weekend, this morning's experience was completely different. The techs arrived very promptly, calling when they were 10 minutes out. Once here, they worked incredibly fast and efficiently, while being really nice. In less than 20 minutes, I have my bedroom back, and happily chilled. They were absolutely wonderful and I am very happy with the final result. As a final post script- and hour after the techs left- the owner of the company called me to apologize for what had happened and offered a complimentary annual service for my units before next summer, which I gratefully accepted. So, although we started bumpy... we finished GREAT. This is how a company stands by their successes and their challenges. I am very happy with how they've handled this, and recommend them highly.

The worst, forced to use them for the past 5 years and they scam every penny out of you.
Great service with excellent communication throughout the whole process. When there was a follow issue with the PTAC unit, the service was just as prompt. As a customer, I felt taken care of. Recommend!
Excellent experience! After contacting NorWest, Maureen and David were extremely helpful, understanding, and responsive with our emails. Both the installers Richard and Miguel were amazing! They were very professional, quick, and flexible with the installation. They also showed me how to work the unit afterwards. Superb service that I would recommend to anyone
I was looking for a part for my PTAC and Maureen was amazing. Very responsive and informative. Explained all possible problems and solutions. I definitely recommend using them.

I had excellent experience with this company. From start to finish, Maureen and the team were efficient and professional. I promptly received the estimate in writing and the invoice after the work was done. The appointment time was respected and the two-member team completed the installation of a new unit in 15-20 minutes while answering all of my questions quickly and accurately. I also promptly received the information related to the warranty. All in all, it was a very positive experience. I highly recommend these guys!
