Referred by Gringer & Sons for repair on our 10 year old Liebherr refrigerator. Communication and follow up was amazing and the same tech, Devin, was sent each time for follow up so I did not have to explain the issue all over again. The first visit was a diagnosis, which we thought we would have to buy a new fridge; the dispatch called the next day and said they wanted to do another diagnosis and from there determined that the fridge could be repaired. The third visit was to replace a part. throughout the whole process, communication and compassion was at the forefront of every person we dealt with.

Happy Home was referred to me by a friend and relative, with positive reviews. I called the office and spoke with Jim, where we discussed installing a split system in my home. Within the next few days, Walter came to my home to determine which unit would be appropriate for each room. After I agreed to have the system installed, a date was scheduled for the team to execute the installation of the HVAC split system (5 compressors & 9 heads), which took 2 full days. I am VERY pleased with the professionalism, service, promptness, and communication. My only regret is that I had not installed this system sooner. They have great teamwork; I highly recommend Happy Home LLC!
This company installed 3 air conditioners in my house about 4 years ago. On June 7th I called them because one of the units stoped blowing cold air. The person answered the phone told me they are a little busy and it will be 2 weeks until he is able to send someone. I said ok and I left my information. Since then I already called 4 times and was given 3 appointments that never happened. Today is July 27th and the temperature is 100 degrees, In my with them today they said that they are busy and when I said you shouldn’t have made me wait all of this time if they can’t make it their answer was to find some other company to fix my AC. How rude and irresponsible.
Walter and his team installed A/C Havac on my house. It has been nearly two months I don't have any issues. They did an excellent job and Job was completed on time.
Just had a mini split installed - excellent product and work at a competitive price. I would highly recommend Happy Home for all your mini split projects.
After having two hvac companies checked my Fujitsu system and a Fujitsu technician tested the system and ordered parts that didn't solve the issue, I found a very professional company: Happy Home. Jim was very knowledgeable and ready to answer all my questions. His partner Joe promptly set up for one of their technician to come out. Na immediately diagnosed the real problem, different from what we were told in the previous month, and in 20 mins repaired the equipment with no extra parts! I strongly recommend their service. They are prompt, fast, very professional and honest!

Walter and his group put a split unit AC in our basement. After 2 days of working, AC unit started to spit out tonnes of water into my basement. I called them to fix the problem. His guys came, they opened up the unit and said that they will come the next day to finish the job. But they never came back, they even stopped taking our phone calls. When I said that I will have to file a complaint with better business bureau, Walter said to do it. Terrible company!! Do not work with them.
