Best service ever. John over in Maspeth was awesome .. really tried his best to get me the right part for the job .
Never come here. Longest lines ever, takes forever for them to help the customer, they work on their own cool time. There’s not enough workers at the desk either. Dumbest store concept and setup. Just avoid them at all cost. The only highlight of this store is that they have you wait in line for 45-60 mins so you have enough time to write a review about how awful they are.
Joseph at the counter is the man. His knowledge of the industry is unmatched.

Do not shop here. Placed an online order and was charged for the item and told it was picked up when I never picked it up. Called customer service and was told someone picked up your item so we can’t help you. Not sure what kind or fraud or scam the workers are doing here but beware for future purchases.

I came to pick up a part that was ordered online, I waited online for 45 minutes, the guy who helped me was nice. But it was a crazy amount of time to wait for a pick up. I think they need more people working at this store.

Great customer service
Can't even begin how amazing your staff is. Needed an emergency water heater. Person at the counter went above and beyond to find all the necessary adapters for me. This place was the only place in ny that had this in stock. Thank you Grainger!
Helpful customer service employees. Store is organized and clean. Find the products on the website and visit the store. Easy return if not satisfied with your purchase. I did not return my item because my questions we're answered at the store.
Writing this while waiting in line 30 minutes for a belt replacement. One cashier just spent 10 minutes just chit chatting. Changing from a 1 to a 4 star. Guy at the counter ended up being very helpful. Unfortunately they're understaffed and as a business owner, I can understand how difficult staffing is now.
Always safe fast and always right.
This place is terrible, it takes them 45 minutes to service 1 customer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place .
