My central air broke down, really wasn’t that old but out of warranty, so I got a few estimates in the area and Excellent Air I have to say was right on it! Kind, courteous and professional. They got the job done neatly cleaned up and it was so refreshing that they didn’t try to rip me off. Sometimes being a woman you get taken advantage of. If anybody out there ever needs an air conditioning company, I would advise you to use Excellent Air they were really great.
I called for a quote to replace our central air system this morning, and Glenn came after a couple of hours to check the system. He figured out that he could fix it, instead of replacing it. We are very grateful for the quick and professional service! Thanks a lot!

Excellent Air, Glenn and his people that installed my condenser and handler unit in the attic were all very professional and did a great job. When they arrived, they put down carpet. It covered all the carpeting and all the floors so there would be no damage to the carpet or the floors very professional.

To TM that left us a bad review , you had a side job guy poorly install your unit. It needs numourous upgrades to correct all the wrongs. Your tenants have constant complaints of no AC due to your negligence. We had to turn on the heat to defrost the AC system , put pots and pans under it to catch the water because there was no emergency pan installed, the factory filter was installed in the unit unknown for over 6 years and totally clogged , by your own admission your tenants turn the thermostat down to 50 for days, your duct work was made out of wood and nails , and many other observations. We left the unit operating and cooling on the hottest day of the year. A week later you called us to go back to the home. You told us the tenants were not home and you would have to call us back to see when you could come and let us in and you had to let them know we were going to be entering their apt. that was at 9am , you did not call us back as you claimed all day. We charged you 245 dollars not 300 as you claimed for the original call. Your son inlaw called us back a few days later on your behalf. We agreed to go back to the house the next day at no charge. The following day you mrs. Gomez decided to call us personally and scold me. You should be a little more forthcoming with your reviews. I have been burned by so many HVAC, people and companies before, I am just upset that I have not found these people earlier. Extremely professional, and just very kind people who worked around my chaotic schedule with complete understanding. Beside their courtesy and kindness, they are also very knowledgeable, fixed my issues, made further recommendations without any push, and were very reasonably priced. Big thanks to Glenn and William, truly.

Our house was having a problem with our heating and we had called another company that did nothing to fix the issue. I googled and found Glenn @ Excellent air and they came within a couple of hours and fixed it. After a discussion and explanation, it was clear that we had to replace our heating and A/C unit. The unit was also 17 years old. We set a time and they came in and installed the unit within four hours. The price was very reasonable and used Bryant equipment due to the small installation area allowed to fit the furnace. They were very professional and addressed any issues that came up. I would definitely call on Excellent air again if we have any HVAC issues.
I called Excellent AC because I had major issues with 3 AC zones in my home. The owner Glenn was wonderful. One system needed a complete replacement inside and out. The other 2 required a good deal of work as well. He and he crew did a great job! He is professional, very experienced, responsive, and just a genuinely nice guy. I highly recommend this company! They are my go to now for all my HVAC needs in the future. If you use Excellent AC you won’t be disappointed.
So glad I found Glenn and Excellent Air! During a small heatwave in June my HVAC system wasn't working. I called another company and made an appointment with them 4 days later. That company didn't show up and neglected to call me back. Frustrated, I Googled AC repair in my area the next morning and found Excellent Air. I called and they came over that day before noon to repair. Will, one of the service guys that came to repair gave me a full detailed run down of what was wrong, how he was going to fix it and an honest opinion that I needed to get a new HVAC system (Mine was 20+ years old). He stated that his boss Glenn would contact me and give me an estimate. Within a week Glenn came over and gave me a full run down of my options with different brands, pros and cons, what was best for me with no pressures leaning to one brand vs others. He answered all my questions honestly. Glenn got me a quote within a few days and I agreed. Once the units came in we set up a date and Glenn and his staff installed the new HVAC system, covered my carpets, cleaned up and removed the old HVAC system. Started at 0815 and were done by 245pm! Great service, professional and knowledgeable personnel in this company! Will always recommend them to anyone that will listen.
4 years later update- Still great, thank you Glen and everyone at Excellent. I've used Excellent Air Conditioning and Heating several times now and they have lived up to their name each time. They are now my go to HVAC company. They are quick, professional, and efficient. From repairing my heat in New Years Eve to a new Central Air system they have not let me down.
They installed central air in my house right in time to beat the NY heat. Couldn't be happier with results!! Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking keep cool this summer
Excellent was a great company to work with. We had to replace our HVAC system, it was damaged because of Hurricane Ida. Glenn was very responsive, upfront with the costs and very informative with what my options were; work was done in a timely basis and as described in the proposal. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Recently I had called several companies including excellent air-conditioning and heating services to come and give me an estimate for new gas heating and air-conditioning equipment. The owner Glenn came to my home and explained in detail the process of removal and replacement of my central air conditioning and heating system. He informed me of several different brands that he likes to install and suggested A carrier system. He gave me an upfront price and a date to start work. I chose to do work with excellent air they came and did the job in one day they worked very very clean neat and professional. The owner Glenn was also on the job doing the work along with his crew. I was very pleased with the services That they provided they cleaned up after they left the job and he came back two days after to re-check the system. I would not hesitate to recommend Glenn and his team.
The poorest service costumer in the world. I spoke to a lady who knows nothing about she asked me my info I told her that I need to buy a some parts and that I am GC she goes I’m not gonna help you. The worst

LONG overdue review, We highly recommend Glenn and his team!! We had our hvac systems replaced 2 years ago, Glenn and his team was very on time, fast and professional. They even cleaned the area before they left. Glenn was very knowledgeable, service was great, prompt and fairly priced.
I recently had a problem with two of my air conditioning units that another technician could not resolve. I called this company and they were able to come the very next day and solve my issue almost immediately. Glenn was very professional and explained to me exactly what the problem was and resolved the problem very efficiently. I recommend giving them a call first before going anywhere else. You’ll save more money to get it done properly right from the start.
Glenn came to work on my air conditioner “waited for ice to defrost” and then left after two hours charged over $300. He said he’d send someone to do additional work, no one ever showed on scheduled day and just left us in 80degree weather with no air. I called multiple times and left multiple messages with no response. Horrible experience. Would never recommend
