ASE HVAC is the best company out there for all HVAC related services. I've dealt with them in the past and I still contact them for my HVAC maintenance in my residence. Their prices are affordable, they are very professional, flexible and always deliver on time. They're my go to guys, Always! It's a real pleasure doing business with them. Thank you!
My first experience with ASE I was out of town and my son called and said the AC was on the fritz on the hottest day of the summer, I needed a vendor on short notice, who I could trust coming into my home while I was away, I expressed all concerns to Erni when I called. Erni told me he would provide his technicians names and anything I would need to make me feel at ease. The professionalism, cleanliness and overall attention to detail his team displayed is something that many contractors talk about but only a select few can deliver on. Erni delivered, he did not hit us with some exorbitant emergency call fee. Moreover his team is as cordial and polite as he is. I have lived in this home since 1966 and Erni is the only HVAC team I will ever use. It is refreshing to have contractors out there taking care of the community as they in turn would like to be taken care of if the roles were reversed. Bruce

Terrible experience. Our general contractor used this guy to put in a brand new system and he cut giant holes in the back of our brand new air handlers voiding the warranty. The system he installed was wired completely incorrectly with the heat coil and cooling element coming on at the same time.. frequently causes drain pan to overflow and leak into our bedroom ceiling. Costs us thousands of dollars to repair. This was a brand new system installed by him including all duct work so there should be no excuse. Stay far away from this guy and beware phony reviews. Their card says they are licensed, bonded and insured. No license on file with Westchester County. Check the Westchester county home improvement contractors website.
My store heater broken so a friend of mine told me about Erni. He came really quick and didn’t charge me for a diagnosis when other places they were asking a lot for just to do that. His company fixed the problem in 2 hours and it’s been more than a year now and when I was testing the acc for this coming summer it turned on right away Thank you erni
ASE is one of the most outstanding HVAC companies I’ve ever come across. As a senior property manager in NYC it was challenging finding a reliable and professional HVAC team. ASE led by Ernie was welcomed by many of our tenants and once they demonstrated their ability to diagnose a problem quickly and their effeciancy to fix them it was clear to me that I didn’t need to look any further. I highly recommend ASE for all your HVAC needs.
I would highly recommend Ernie and his team . His prices where great but more importantly his guys were professional and courteous. They installed 5 units and completed the job in one day. When they left it was like they weren't here. They covered everything with plastic so the dust from the drilling wouldn't get on anything and left the house just like they found. Ernie is a great guy to deal with and a man of his word. I will highly recommend him to family and friends
On the hottest day last week I called them around 2:00 that our unit wasn't working. For the last 2 years we've had 3 different companies come "fix" it and it's still been problematic. They showed up an hour later and by 5:00 they had it working again. We still needed a part to complete the job and have it work at 100%. They spent the next 2 hours running to 3 different warehouses until they found it and even offered to come back the same night to finish the job. I said it wasn't necessary but the fact they offered was very generous. They were back first thing the next morning to complete the job. Their professionalism and generosity left me with a great feeling and I would confidently recommend them to anyone I know
Erni & his team are great. Fast response, knowledgeable and professional. Called to come clean out my Mitsubishi unit after it backed up, and saved the day. They went above and beyond to make sure it was working properly before they left and educated me on how to care for it going forward.
Erny is the nicest, most easy going and proficient guy. He came in and fixed our 3 AC/heating units with ease and efficiency. I will be calling on him any time I have HVAC needs in the future. Really awesome work and customer service. 10 out of 10! ♥️
Superior, excellent, knowledgeable, responsive, honest, prompt and committed. This group knows their stuff! They are technically superior to our other HVAC company in every way. They did a very large replacement of multiple AC systems which included replacing multiple air handlers and their respective condensers in a large brownstone in Brooklyn Heights. We had condensers which were on a 5th floor roof and AC air handlers that were in walls in the attic and some in the basement level. It was a very complicated process. Ernie and his team worked tirelessly until the job was complete. He also followed up daily and stopped by as the work was being done and after it was completely. These men worked extremely well together and made us feel so positive about the experience which took place during an extreme hot spell in May of this year. I RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY AND I AM HAPPY WE HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT WITH THEM AS WELL. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THE OUTCOME. K Franco Brooklyn, NY
Ernie and his team are smart problem solvers and get the job done right. They make an effort to make emergency calls ASAP and are good at keeping in touch about when they'll arrive. Reasonable prices too.
Came quickly after calling and fixed my AC unit within 30 minutes. He was pretty funny too!
The guys from ASE were able to come to me within 24 hours and they were extremely knowledgeable and professional. I had a very dirty system and it was a very hard job but they got it done quickly and efficiently. They actually saved my condenser from dying which would have cost me thousands of dollars. Even my shy cat Mikey liked them! I give them an A+!

This company was suggested from a friend of mine and I would say that the service was impeccable. The staff is very professional and knowledge about all matters. Everyone is so handy and gave their assistance,on other matters as well. I was impressed on how caring they were on following up in the next couple of days. I would recommend them to everyone.
