I simply cannot say enough good things about this company. From the timeliness of getting a response from Eugene (within 10 minutes!) to the awesome repair techs, this was an experience I will never forget and will always be grateful for. I have spent 6 years and 10 companies which I either paid for out of pocket or used through my Sears Home warranty contract, to repair one of my mini splits systems that stopped working after 2 years from being installed. I have gotten diagnoses of everything from being low on refrigerant, maybe a motherboard issue, maybe faulty sensors, need to clean my filters, to I need to change the batteries on my remote. Not one time did any technician ever do anything except attach a computer to my compressor to make a diagnosis. Airinizer techs literally took my unit apart and FOUND AND FIXED MY PROBLEM. Not only on one unit, but also on another unit that had recently stopped working. A total of 7 indoor split units. I thought I would cry from happiness. They did not leave my home until they were satisfied that my units were fixed. The attention to detail, thoroughness and their willingness to explain what was wrong meant everything to me. They truly care about doing their job right. They spent 6 hours troubleshooting and making absolutely sure that they double and triple checked their work and that I was satisfied. Eugene called me during the job and patiently explained what the costs were coming out to be. They did not do anything without my approval first and I know they were looking out for me and the potential costs this could be. At the end of the day, the cost was more than reasonable and they were not pushy or told me to invest in brand new units which would cost many thousands and which all the other lazy technicians I have called before have told me to do. They were looking out for me and I appreciate this work ethic. These are the absolute nicest people I have ever dealt with. I will for sure be calling them again for anything h

On June 6th Airnizer installed a new AC for me. Very impressed with the owner’s knowledge of AC systems. Would definitely use them again!!!
We just had heat pump/mini splits installed. Eugene (and his workers who were all polite, professional, hardworking and on time) met or exceeded every representation he made. our house was inspected on May 19. We received estimates for different configurations with various manufacturers on May 20. I sent Eugene several specific questions on May 22 and he responded May 23. We agreed on the job on May 25. Eugene said the work would start on June 5 and take 5-7 days. The work started on June 5 and took just over 4 days. Eugene, the owner, was on site every day. The work is excellent, everything was explained to us and we are extremely satisfied. I would definitely recommend Eugene and Airnizer.
Couldn’t be more thankful to Eugene and his coworker, extremely professional, respectful, super responsive, clean, accurate, hardworking and super friendly… his confidence to get the job done was truly what we needed… we waited a long time to find the right company to redo our mini split system since our first contractor was a total disaster! Airnizer installed new air conditioning mini split system in our house and they are amazing. They were very responsive and easy to work with. They work fast and are very professional and respectful. Eugene is very knowledgeable and very straightforward, the entire process was easy and quick. I'm very happy with our decision to work with them!
Highly recommend. I own a town house in Bed-Stuy and hired Airnizer to install a mini-split system for the whole house. Within a day of contacting them I had an estimate, within two days they were here doing work, and in just over a week the entire system was installed and working. Everything was on time, on budget. I especially liked how straight forward Eugene was with cost/benefit analysis, pricing options, different units. It was very transparent and let me make an informed decision. Their pricing is very competitive. Eugene and his team are also just nice, friendly, hardworking guys who were very respectful of the house, cleaned up, and were considerate with our dogs and some working from home during the week.

Airnizer is superlative in so many ways! Around thirty years ago my husband and I lovingly restored an 1840’s row house. We didn’t see the need to air condition then. However, as the summers got hotter and hotter we realized we had a problem. Since we weren’t interested in central air and we didn’t want to alter the looks of our home with window air conditioners, we decided that a split system was the answer. We talked with several installers and were extremely impressed with Eugene Kobak’s understanding of our aesthetic and practical issues and his ability to anticipate technical concerns. Eugene and his two assistants did not disappoint us. Here are some of the things they did right: • It’s a small enough company that the owner was on site all day, every day. • We felt confident that Eugene was a consummate professional who knew exactly what he was doing. • Eugene worked with us in placing the units as unobtrusively as possible. • He did an amazing job of making the ducts, etc. blend in with our architecture. • All the workmen were extremely polite and non-invasive. • These guys are CLEAN. They left as little mess as possible in such an invasive procedure. • Eugene and his company stayed with us until the job was finished. They arrived when they promised and worked a full day (sometimes longer!). • Eugene didn’t leave at night until each unit was tested for working perfection. I would recommend Eugene Kobak and his company Airnizer to my best friend. In fact, I plan to!
Airnizer contacted me on a Saturday when I requested help for freezing air handlers in my split AC system. The crew at Airnizer came out promptly on Monday assuming the problem with was a simple refrigerant refill and found more than they bargained for, a shoddy installation job with crossed wiring. Throughout the investigative process they outlined their theories, plans, rates, and were openly communicating with my wife and I the entire time. Once they were able to prove their theory they fixed the wires in a couple of hours. Within a few hours they had diagnosed the installation issues and fixed the wiring without missing a beat. Not only did they refill the refrigerant but they fixed the AC system so it works better than it ever has, all units blowing cold and no more freezing!
Eugene and his team helped us resolve a complicated series of HVAC issues under significant time pressure. He was extremely responsive via text and phone throughout the process, quoted fair prices and never hit us with surprise fees or overages, and would not stop until the job was done to his (extremely high) quality standard. I’d work with him again without hesitation.
