Cant give zero stars so this will do. Don't understand how this company has more than 1 star based on my experience with them. Air Tactical HVAC is unprofessional, no response and royal waste of time. Had an appointment this morning between 8am and 10am. Received a reminder to confirm appointment yesterday which I did and received a reminder before my appointment this morning. No show, no call, nothing by 10am. I called around 1030am and left a voicemail which said we'll return your call and not waste your time to wait for someone to speak to (how ironic). It is now 945pm and I've yet to hear from them. Why send appointment confirmations and reminders when you cannot follow through? FYI - If you're going to use an automated system, you actually need to put it to use. Time is valuable just like yours is and it's clear that Air Tactical HVAC has no respect for that. Air Tactical HVAC is mismanaged and needs to learn some customers service skills. They didn't even have the courtesy to call and say we can't make it today or we're running late. You'd think they were doing me a favor by stopping by to give me a quote. Air Tactical HVAC does not value my business and honestly it's their loss. Good thing I set up another appointment right after and yes, the other company actually showed up and I received professional service. Will be going with them for my mini split installation!
George and Carlos are the best HVAC team out there! They can handle the most complicated jobs, and never give up. I am so glad that I found them, and recommend them to anyone who asks for an HVAC contractor.
My mothers AC was not working and she lives 200 miles away from me, I’ve called multiple places and it seemed like they were not interested to take the job or were not available. My mother does not know English so I continued to call other companies hoping they can cooperate with me over the phone. After a couple of calls, George from Air Tactical helped me out. He was understanding and very patient when it came to communicating with her, AND was able to tell me what was wrong with the AC. He fixed the problem - Incredible customer service. Very well spoken and Air tactical will be my go to from now on. Thank you again, George!

George & Carlos were great! The Air Tactical team was professional, communicative, and timely. They also went the extra mile to triple check that my furnace was operating safely and smoothly before they left. I had not had a furnace tune-up in a long time, and they quickly identified what needed to be fixed so that the furnace could work well in preparation for the winter. They also went to great lengths to find a replacement for my gas valve, which had been an older model that was difficult to track down. Overall, an amazing team!
George and Carlos are extremely professional and knowledgeable and fairly price their work. I initially had Air Tactical help with installing a humidifier, but the guys have been back to do a number of repairs and improvements to a system that was sloppily installed by my contractor when our house was built. If only I had known about Air Tactical when I was building this house, it would have saved us a lot of money and aggravation. The best characteristic of George and Carlos is that they are problem solvers and leave you with the confidence that your system will be up and running when they leave. It’s frankly an attribute that seems to be becoming more and more rare when having work done in your house. Highly recommend these guys!

It's difficult to find a good HVAC professional who can install a heat pump in New York. I'm glad we were able to find Air Tactical. George and Carlos helped me install a Bosch heat pump to replace our old A/C unit and gas boiler. They did an amazing job. George takes the time to explain all the pros and cons of the heat pump as well as walked me through everything I needed to know regarding servicing and upkeep. They were very professional, cleaned up their workspace before they left, and always on time. I will be using Air Tactical going forward for all my HVAC needs.

My husband and I can't say enough wonderful things about this company!!! Our Central Air stopped working yesterday, we have a contract with Homeserve for our AC and the soonest they would sent a tech is 5 days from now! I called Air Tactical who has 56 5 Star reviews on Yelp, and now I know why. The owner George himself answered the phone I told him we had no AC since yesterday, Although they were so so busy George himself said he would help us!! He himself with a Wonderful tech, Carlos, came to our home within 45 minutes and fixed the unit!!! He took pictures in my attic of the problems, showed them to us and did not try to sell me anything more!!! In this day and age it is very very difficult to find anyone who provides a service to be so honest,reasonable, prompt, eager to help you, friendly, clean, followed safety precautions and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! We are elated that we came across Air Tactical HVAC, George and Carlos!!!! We are so grateful to you for coming right away and fixing the problem!!!!! We would recommend your company in a second!!!
Expensive and did not ask if I had oil for heat in advance and that they don’t service oil heating service Now I am stuck with another service bill to service oil heating system.
Replaced our central ac/heating system. The hvac was old. Price was fair and excellent work
My home is now nice and warm thanks to George and Carlos. When my furnace was making a troubling noise , I called Air Tactical Hvac at about 1 PM. George gave me an appointment for that afternoon between 3 an 5. They arrived promptly and asked me to describe what was happening as George opened the furnace door. Before I finished, he had found the problem: the fan & motor. George said he would do his very best to get the part on Saturday since I now had no heat. Early Saturday morning George called to say he was picking up the parts and would be over soon. Just about 24 hours after he arrived to diagnose the problem, it was fixed. George & Carlos stayed for about a half an hour to make sure everything was working fine. George even called Monday the ask if all was OK. I would heartily recommend their service to anyone.
George was very professional and informative. He fixed the issue super quick - his trained eye spotted the issue the moment he walked in to the boiler. He also answered a ton of questions we had and was very informative and helped us understand the heating system and what all the parts did. Highly recommended.
I couldn’t believe how quickly the summer ended and then bam! winter came without even letting fall do it’s thing. We noticed something going on with our boiler, of course after dinner when there’s probably nothing we can do about it, but started to freak out because it didn’t look good. We started searching for emergency repairs and AirTactical HVAC services responded immediately. They came out faster than I get my pizza! We had an explanation and a plan for repairs before they left. Turns out they saved us from having a literal flood that same night, and the next morning they were back with a new boiler. This was such a great experience working with them. We’re happy to have their services available for all our future needs! Thanks again!
