I was extremely overcharged and the issue I had was never fixed. Stay away from this company.
We had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. Last year we had a leak in our AC that was spreading into our floors. The maintenance person came on two separate occasions to look at it and determined that it was a problem with our pipes. Based on that recommendation we opened a hole in our wall and found that it was not our pipes, but (as we suspected) a leaking AC unit. To make matters worse, our super took one look at the unit and immediately saw that condensation was collecting on the outside and the actual unit was dripping. They came back and fixed the AC (but not before making us sign a new yearlong contract). They refused to fix the walls that we cut a hole into based on their recommendation. On top of that, our wooden floor was completely ruined because of their negligence. To make matters worse, in April, 2 months before our yearlong contract was set to elapse, they contacted us about signing a new contract, even though we haven't hit the year mark yet and only performed one maintenance. After emails several back and forth where we tried to get them to commit to fixing our walls and performing the maintenance AS PER OUR CONTRACT, they stopped responding to us. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
The BP Air team is always responsive, helpful and willing to assist however they can. Lisa and Shaylinn in their office are quick to respond and always kind! It has been a pleasure working with BP Air on all our HVAC needs!
Saw one of their drivers cause an accident on the interstate and drove off
Bought snacks, papers, soda and ice. Good selection of different things. Staff is helpful.

Hiring process was terribly unorganized. Went in for an interview and wasn't given any contact information so I contacted the general manager for the results and she told me she would call me back but never did. Worst experience ever.

i have used BP Group's services for many years. I have received the same technician that I request; not to imply that all their technicians aren't competent its just my preference. The professionalism and courtesy is .incomparable. From the initial contact to the completion of the service call I feel comfortable and confident. Technicians have always arrived on time and estimated time for completion of work has always been punctual and efficient. I have and do recommend BP Group to all in needs of HVAC services.
Very responsible company that takes good care of the clients. Always motivated and actively engaging with customers. 24/7 service attitude even it's in terrible weather.
