Robison man came on time and performed our annual check up. However we have never received his report of the results of the work he did.

We are very happy with our recent installation of a hybrid (electric/heat pump) hot water heater. They scheduled the installation within a week of us purchasing it. The installation crew was professional and courteous. They did a great job removing our old hot water heater and installing the new one.

They will lie to you and about you. Filed complaint with CONSUMER PROTECTION AND WESTCHESTER COUNTY BOARD OF PLUMBING EXAMINERS AND COUNTY-WIDE PLUMBING LICENSE. March 2022, scope: Remove two existing gas boilers and indirect water heaters and replace them with Bosch Singular 4000 and Bosch Singular 5200. They partially installed two Bosch Singular 5200 boilers. Two weeks later they sent me a bill for the balance of $19,895 and an email stating that the job was completed pay the balance due. One year later they have not returned to complete the installation. We have no heat. We have hot water because they installed electric water heaters that leak and cause property damage.

I have been using Robison for gas for many years and have been very happy with their service.
Was quoted some basic plumbing work for 4 faucet replacements where I would be providing all of the parts for $2900 AFTER I was charged $400 for a simple toilet repair involving a flapper replacement. First, the wrong flapper was installed accomplishing nothing ($200 fir the visit; $200 for the ineffective “repair”). I found a highly competent plumber who did the 4 faucet replacements for $650! (I paid him $725 because I didn’t think he was being fair to himself)! Robison also failed to show fir the scheduled faucet job. Thank goodness! I was much better served by my new plumber and I am through with Robison.
Robison Oil is a company that services its clients very well. We just had our annual boiler service. The technicians over the years have been knowledgeable, professional and always focused on appliance reliability. Todays service was no different. Just outstanding and pleasure to know one’s reliance on serviceis consistently met without exception.
We had been a Burke customer for over 20 yrs, but their pricing, even after trying to negotiate, was outrageous; and service was spotty. Came over to Robison recently. Our pricing is now very reasonable, and the service tech in just one visit took care of all sorts of noises, knocks, and issues. Claimed that Burke installed mismatch parts, and I believe him. Anyway, happy we made the move to Robison
I recently had a hot water leak in my tank and Robison came quickly, diagnosed what was wrong, and replaced my tank promptly, efficiently and neatly! The plumbers are very courteous and friendly. It was a pleasure dealing with the Robison team, especially Gary and Craig!
I had a boiler maintenance and the guy made the mistake of not turning the switch back on leading to the boiler not working. I called and he rectified that immediately. A couple weeks later I received two bills - one for the original maintenance visit and another one for fixing the mistake that they made. I called and complained and the guy has no customer service skills at all and said it is taken out. A couple weeks late I called again because it was not taken out. The female customer service said there is no record of me calling and said she has to ask for a manager to authorize the removal of the charge. I sure hope they remove this charge soon otherwise I am done with Robison. I will find another oil provider and boiler maintenance company If they don’t fix this. 3/23/2023 UPDATE: Robison finally took the charges out and admitted via email that these were charged in error. I’m happy they finally rectified their mistake although it is only after I called twice and after i submitted a 1 star review on google. Yes, overall Robison has been good with their service and that’s why I was disappointed that the first customer service person was not nice and did not do anything. Maybe Robison should hire better customer service personnel. Lastly I only gave 3 stars because of this and even without these issues, I will only give 4 stars anyway because they are definitely expensive compared to other oil providers.
The service technicians have responded quickly when I've had HVAC issues, and have been very diligent in making repairs. I also received prompt service when my hot water heater failed. I've been pleased, other than the occasional delay in getting an appointment for annual servicing. Overall, I've had a positive experience.

New review July 11. In February Robison did a complex job at my house. They removed an old central air conditioning system and all of the ductwork. And they replaced it with a Bosch pump system and two splits. As well as brand new ductwork. They returned just recently to fix a couple small problems that popped up. These problems are not unexpected given the complexity of the job. The crew arrived on time for the repair. Both of the gentleman knew the system because they were part of the install team. They were very courteous and proficient in completing the job as always. They diagnose the problems quickly and had solutions in place quickly. A few years ago Robison installed the system 2000 heating system run by oil. Another complex system and it was installed quickly and efficiently. They found that the system did not produce enough heat for my house. So within a couple months they returned with additional equipment that got attached to the system that somehow or another increase the efficiency of the new system 2000 and that helped a lot. Just another example of the fine work and craftsmanship of the Robison team. It’s always a pleasure to deal with the crew of the Robison company. I’ve been a customer for many years and have never been disappointed. They certainly train and select their people well and their people are a wonderful representation of the brand. It’s great to work with a family owned company. Nothing like it. I wish everybody well. —————— most recently (February 2022) Robison (Scott K, Joe Z, Matt M, Matt M) is now in the process of removing my old house A/C unit and ducts and replacing them w/a new unit, ducts and two ductless units. it's a big and complex job. Tim Fernandez in sales put the proposal together and was able to get me a substantial rebate I believe due to the two ductless units - which I appreciate. as expected, the Robison team has been extremely professional, efficient, courteous and neat. these folks know what they are doin
Bedroom still below setting. 74 vs 78 Staff very nice. Call from one of your delivery guys at 7 this morning. UNACCEPTABLE. 9 or later is better.
This company is overpriced on everything. They give you this first year promotion for oil, but you should get out right after this 1st year, they screw people on prices. A lot of techs should get 5 (and not all of them), while customer service is 0 most of the time. Why this company is in top rating, have no idea… they should be really at the end of the list.
