I was quoted a price for parts and labor and when a more expensive part was needed not only was he quick when he had to go to supply house the original price that was quoted was upheld witch I thought was very cool .Thank you for hard work at the end of a hot day..
John who leading in the air duct cleaning was was very pleasant and helpful. We had a technical question before the booking was complete, and Tony provided the information that we requested. They were flexible on the day and time for the appointment. The serviceman called in advance and showed up as planned. Chris was very polite and professional. We would highly recommend Apple Heating & Air Conditioning, and will be using them again.
Apple Heating & Air Conditioning team came to install a new AC. The installation was done on time and as planned. After installation I found the cooling speed was slow for the 2nd floor, they sent a technician and fixed the insulation of thermostat. I would recommend Apple Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone, you won't be disappointed.

He arrived on time, observed COVID precautions, and explained options for upgrades without pressure. I have used Apple Heating & Air Conditioning before and will in the future. I contacted Apple Heating & Air Conditioning to come out and check the A/C system. The folks were very courteous and they set up an appointment for the next day. The technicians really know their craft, and were very professional, upfront, and honest, explaining exactly what was wrong with the system, as well as the price of the repair. They ordered the parts then came back the following week to make the repair. I'm very happy with the outcome and would recommend Apple Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone needing A/C service.
My furnace failed so I called Apple Heating & Air Conditioning for help. Technician showed up at my house a bit earlier than me but he waited for me without charging extra. He was very kind and did a great job explaining and fixing the issue. I expected the job to cost a bit less, but the service was great so I didn't mind. Thanks guys!
