My AC stopped working the day before the 4th of July which also happened to be the start of a heat wave. Todd and Ivan and their team were able to give me an estimate and install my new system within 2 days! They were knowledgeable, understanding, patient and neat. Idk what I would have done if I hadn’t found them. Highly recommend!
Chris was on time and ready to rock diagnosing my A/C issue. Didn’t have to ask him to put booties on when he came inside. Explained what he was doing and answers all of my 1000 questions. Work was done in timely manner and simply put, A/C is working like a charm. Will certainly reach out to this wonderful local business. Thermodynamix is a welcome addition to Ossining.
in addition to changing the AC filters the technician cleaned and inspected the main components of my two AC systems giving me a detailed report on each. Appointment was easy to arrange and they arrived on time. I feel confident with them because I have a medical condition that makes it hard for me to tolerate extreme heat.

Our "new" HVAC system in a recently purchased home stopped working because of poor installation, duct work, etc. It was a nightmare. We searched around for HVAC specialists to install a new system and update the duct-work. Thermodynamix not only offered the best price, but were incredibly responsive to our questions and concerns. We opted to save money and install 2 zones instead of the recommended 3 for our home, and on the first day of work, the crew offered to add the 3rd zone at a discounted rate because they felt it was important for our comfort. They really were the best team for the job! I could keep telling you why they are great, but you get the point!
Mike and Team did a great job on our home renovation 5 years ago. They have been very responsive for the servicing of the equipment since that time. I highly recommend them.

The very very best... !!! Did I say the very best, TD, Jimmy, and Todd are as good as good gets. My wife and I are older and we feel a tremendous sense of security having TD available if we were to have a heating or AC emergency.
Thermodynamix was the only contractor that suggested solutions to existing issues when doing initial estimate. Answered numerous follow- up questions with detailed answers in a timely manner. Offered very competitive pricing on several options for replacement central air and heating units. Install technicians were considerate, clean and handled all issues in a professional manner. Overall a great experience.
Great service….been with Thermodynamix for many years…have had both ductless and central air systems installed and serviced. Have also recommended their service to friends. Definitely recommend the newly available service contract option.

We are new customers with Thermodynamix. When I called for our first service, I was given an appointment the following week. The tech, Rick, was on time. He checked out the entire system and explained what he was checking and why. The AC was particularly dirty and he took the time to clean it out and make sure it was working properly. Rick took care to not track dirt through the house when he checked the three thermostats on different levels. We feel we made a good decision to give Thermodynamicx a try.
