I have used R&M for many years. The first time the owner came over years ago for a second opinion. A different company said I need to replace a 9 year old HVAC costing $10,000. R&M took a look and ended up fabricating a part and it ended up costing $1,500. I realized then they would be the company I would be using going forward. That unit is still working 13 years later. They have done many repairs and also installed a new HVAC unit. They have been very responsive on many occasions. I have a 93 year old Mother living in the house, and losing AC in the middle of the summer is quite scary. They are very processional and honest. I HIGHLY recommend them. 5 STARS

R & M had to come out on two seperate occasions this week to work on two of our AC units. They responded quickly and efficiently and fixed both of our ancient units the same day! I couldn't have asked for a more professional operation with knowledgeable techs. They are a must on my professional home repair service list!

Make sure you get quoted the TOTAL price for service and parts before you have service done. Your in for a big surprise if you don't.

Simply put, consumer beware. I had a routine service visit from this company not long ago. The technician was at my home for less than an hour.I was given a bill for $744.11 Of which the freon was $525. A quick review of the cost of R22 freon revealed that the retail cost of R22 ranges from $485 to $600 for a 30 pound can. I was told by the technician on the job that my system holds 6 pounds. using the high end of the cost $600 divided by 30 is = 20 dollars a pound. needing 6 pounds that equates to 120 dollars. I was charged $525. ! Being a businessman for many years I do understand that there is a cost of operation to all materials used on a job. However, this is truly price gouging . I will also contact the Attorney General's office for their opinion. It was not long ago their locked up the CEO ( Martin Shreli ) for a 500 to 600 percent gouging of the epa pen.
