We are very pleased with generator installation,and professionalism of staff.
We visited Armor Heating and spoke with Paul Kam about purchasing a new air conditioner. Tom Kam came to our condo and gave us an estimate on a Carrier air conditioner. Two days later Mike and Sam came, installed our new air conditioner and took the old one away. The service was excellent and we highly recommend Armor Heating.

It will help if you handle customers who would like to schedule an appointment better. I just called for a service appointment and was told we are swamped and cannot give you a scheduled time. Leave your number, and we will get back to you. I asked, "When you will get back to me " Agent "We are swapped with the temperature change."

Our furnace was dying a slow death, and I was starting to panic. It was still very much winter, with temps in the 20s, and I was reliving the torture of being without heat for 2 straight days during the December '22 blizzard. All the 5 star reviews led me to Armor. Our saviors! Response time was promised within 2 hours, and they showed up even sooner. We were offered the option of replacing the offending part or installing a whole new furnace. I didn't see the point of putting a brand new part into a 20+ year old unit, then waiting for the next failure. So, new furnace it is. A few hours later, our house was warm and toasty again! Same day service from a thoroughly polite and professional crew? Yes, please! I can't praise this company highly enough. Our AC is getting older too, and I wouldn't dream of calling anyone other than Armor when the time comes.
My father had a/c and boiler installed and a generator to come. He was very impressed by all persons involved in the sale and install. He said it was quality work and quality service and was greatly pleased!
purchase and installation of whole house generator. Proposal was very accurately prepared and presented. all questions answered. no pressure. Installation was done with concern for property, professionally, following all local code requirements, and top shelf craftsmanship. that was followed by complete instructions/directions. Receives my highest level recommendation.
Armor installed a new Navien tankless water heater in our house. The team did an outstanding job. They showed up on time, removed our old tank, and professionally installed our new system. The new system required modifications of the water lines, gas line, and venting. Perfect installation. When they left, everything was cleaned up and the new system was running flawlessly. I highly recommend Armor!
These guys are the best! When my mother’s furnace died, they were able to replace it in less than 24 hours. Very professional and courteous, and a pleasure to do business with.
We are so grateful for Armor Heating! We were supposed to get our generator on 2/24. On 2/23 we lost power at 7am due to the ice storm and received a call at 7:30 am from Tom offering to install the generator a day early because he knew we lost power. The crew showed up shortly after and was professional, knowledgeable, and polite. Our generator was installed by 2:00 pm. In our neighborhood the power ended up being off for 30 hours. As the parents of two small children we are so grateful that Tom and the crew at Armor went above and beyond to install our generator when we needed it most. We can't thank them enough!
My furnace went out at about 10:00 one evening. I know Armor has an emergency number but since it was not too cold outside I decided to wait until the following morning to call them. I talked to the office when they opened. They had a repairman at my house in 30 minutes. Awesome service. Great people.
I decided to go with Armor Heating because my family and several friends highly recommended them. Tom explained everything in detail and was great to work with. The team that installed my furnace was on time and very professional. They showed me everything that they would be doing and did an excellent job. I am very pleased and highly recommend them.

They all explained everything we needed to know about our project. After installation they went over everything we needed to know about it’s operation. We are very happy with the new furnace. Great Company. I have had a new furnace, AC and just recently a Honeywell generator. Service is always excellent. The teams I have worked with through the years have always been excellent. Well educated and always courteous. I won't go anywhere else.
I did not actually conduct business with these guys but I did park at their shop for the Bills game this past Sunday and they were so nice and helped me make my first Bill's game that much more sweeter. Thanks again to all and I'll be back. Go Bill's...
