Ben made himself available when we needed his help. When our furnace stopped working, Ben came out, assessed the problem and put in an extra long day to restore our heat. Great guy! We definitely plan on keeping his number on the refrigerator for any future HVAC problems. Thanks Ben!

Ben is professional, has great social skills and very respectful. He was able to fix things the prior service personnel did incorrectly which then made my boiler system more efficient. He finished all the work in a single visit and double checked everything before leaving to ensure all was well. I'll definitely use him as my annual maintenance person for my home boiler system. It was a pleasure to meet him.

Ben thawed out our frozen pipes and insulated around the pipes in a tiny crawl space on DECEMBER 24TH. It could have been a disaster. Three hours later the pipes were unfrozen and the insulation he used should keep the pipes from freezing again. Thank you Ben for your immediate response!!!!!
One of the coldest nights of the year I and had a major heating issue. Ben personally answer on a holiday weekend, which is amazing. He got here quickly, walked me through the issue, gave me options, was extremely professional and did a great job! Would highly recommend to anyone!
My heating system went out, and I so appreciate Ben’s quick response. The communication was very good, kept me apprised of his status, etc. He was also very personable and friendly. I hope I don’t need to call him soon, but if I have an issue again, he’ll be my first call.

This company/owner provided incredible service. After having a no/call, no show experience from another local company, they stopped out right away to do a routine maintenance on my boiler. He recommended some ways to solve some of my heating issues and cleaned/ taught me about my system (since I’m a new owner to the house). He took his time, was invested in the work, and even repaired a gas connection that he suspected had a small leak. His pricing for the time he spent was exceptional. I would recommend the company to anyone who needs service on their heating/cooling system!
Ben came highly recommended to me by another contractor I had refinishing my floors when we stumbled upon a few electrical issues back in July 22'. He not only quickly solved the issue, but took care of troubleshooting and fixing a ceiling fan that wasn't working (that I asked while he was there, if he could take a look at it), but he also checked the rest of my outlets to make sure there were not other problematic ones. Then comes the first chilly night in October 22' and we go to turn the heat on and well, the furnace didn't want to work for me either. Soon as he showed up, he got it started right up but advised we should really clean it out and do a few other minor repairs. Good thing he came! When he showed me the soot build up - wowzers! Just as before, everything was quickly addressed within a matter of 24 hours where other companies told me it could be weeks or months before they could even come out, just to diagnose the problem. Ben is extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and is now my trusted go to person and company! Oh and even my dogs approved of him!
