We had pipes start leaking in our ceiling around 8pm and I called Shembeda in a panic. Caleb came out and started working right away and worked until almost 1am then came back the next day and finished up for us. He was a lifesaver! He was professional and very kind to us and my inquisitive 5 year old. We will definitely be using Shembeda for any plumbing needs we may have in the future!
Fixed the plumbing problem. Prompt service. Will use again!
I called when the faucet on my kitchen sink broke. I got the answering service and they contacted me first thing the next morning. Caleb came and was very professional and went above and beyond to get the sink working again. Everyone I spoke with was amazing!! Thank you so much! I will definitely call if I need anything else fixed. I also highly recommend Caleb
Marshall and Team were great, they showed up on time and were really friendly. I had a lot of questions about the house I just bought plumbing. They answered all of them and even fixed a couple of leaks I had very quickly. I recommend this company any day of the week.
Absolutely great staff! The receptionists & the workers they send are very friendly, helpful & understanding! They do great work!
I had Shembeda company install a HVAC system in my home. Heat & central air. House is on a concrete slab so all the duct work had to go in the attic. Because of that we had to spray foam the roof deck. First off the system worked great. After the installation was installed I noticed a couple of the runs off of the main trunk were pulled apart by the installation guys crawling around in the attic. I expected it so no big deal. I called and they scheduled me the same day to come out and check it out. Technician that showed up had been here for the installation so he knew what I had. Troy checked the whole system and found all the problems and fixed immediately. Great job ! Highly recommend them and I will probably request Troy for any Future jobs.
Great value and fast to complete their work
Technicians are super friendly and always explain what they are doing. Work quality is excellent and they always schedule me up quickly! Will continue to use them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.
I called for an appointment for them to do a routine maintenance check on my boiler. Waited two weeks to get put on the schedule, and even got all the confirmation/reminder texts/emails that’s a technician would arrive from 0800-1000 hours. I took off work for that morning, waited until 1100 and no one showed, so I called the office. They didn’t see me on the schedule and put me on hold. They supposedly never “attached a technician” to my appointment. And as for re-scheduling… the office staff told me they are just completely booked up and they would have to try and squeeze me in and only gave me one other option two days later. I told them idk what else to do but to call another place, and she said “ok have a nice day” and abruptly ended the call. Not a positive experience. Very disappointed.
In the past I have used their service, mostly for a chronic problem I have with a water pipe that freezes in the winter, and they have been in the past great at repairing the problem. The older guy was great at working with me and even won me over as a tolerant human with one of my curious cats, (had to climb on his shoulder and "supervise"). My last encounter was a younger gentleman who really did not the listen to my story about general situation, and just claimed everything needed replaced, the situation being a problematic toilet situation. I have been dealing with this for a few months and I know what it's doing, I know how a toilet works. They wanted to charge me over $1,000 for what they said I needed was a total toilet replacement along with a new valve setup. Without trying to troubleshoot and see if the whole toilet was the problem. Even with a financing program available, I really don't think that the prognosis of my toilet was properly given a look-over. I know everything has gone up in price but I was expecting maybe paying for this service for about $300-400, but about 3x that? Nuh-uh. Also a little irked when I was dabbling at trying for the financing option and I apologized because I was trying to get something to load on my laptop, and the responding plumber said, "It's fine. I get paid by the hour." I was missing work to be there for that meeting.
Professional. Nice. Understanding. Relatable. I was in a pinch when my boiler stopped working. They arrived same day, assessed the problem, and got me scheduled the next day for a new boiler instal. Installed the new boiler in a day. Plumbers were super nice and relatable. Polite and didn’t mind being asked questions or explaining things. I even had an instance where I had air in the lines after a day or two and they came back no questions asked and got the air out. Receptionists are super nice and it was a pleasure dealing with them. Will definitely use their services again in the future.
These guys were great!! They were polite, explained everything, very professional and did the work in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!!! And I will definitely use them in the future for my next project!!!
Got ahold of of someone on the phone and first thing I asked was if they service my area which they looked up my zip code and told me they do. Then gave them my info and told them the emergency situation. They told me that the on call plumber would call me back. Few minutes later I got a text from someone saying they don't service my area I'm guessing because they didn't want to deal with it. Not very professional you could of just said I don't want to deal with it
The service was exceptional! I was given a 2 hour window of 2-4 pm and Jason arrived at exactly 2 pm. He was very professional and pleasant. I’m in the process of purchasing a home with drainage issues and needed a camera ran. He was able to identify the problem immediately and it actually corrected itself when he put the camera down the pipes. He recommended some maintenance work that will need to be done at a later time. I will definitely use them again and will specifically request Jason in the future. Thanks for everything and Merry Christmas!
Excellent customer service. Very happy homeowner.
John and Jason did a great job installing a new kitchen faucet and repairing our outdoor spigot. Would recommend them highly!
We ended up contacting Nick Shembeda Plumbing In September 2020 to replace a ruptured clay sewage pipe in the basement. The associates who showed-up to diagnose the issue and offer a quote of the repair costs were courteous, detailed, and up-front about the extent of the damage, deeming it an urgent matter and thereby potentially putting ‘in front of the line’ of other routine jobs already lined-up. This job did not turn out to be as affordable as we had initially imagined; the pipe that had burst was clay, and connected to additional clay pipe buried on the outside of the house. This required additional costs for digging-permits and costs to bring in an excavator to dig-up and replace the connecting clay pipe down-the-line. But thanks to the thorough work of associates, Brian and Mark, we have discovered no lingering issues whatsoever after practically a year later at the moment I write this review, and I am completely satisfied not only with the end-result of this job in particular, but the overall experience of the company they represent, Nick Shembeda Plumbing. Special thanks to Brian and Mark for taking it upon themselves to reposition the washer and dryer in the basement (and electrical conduit) so the appliances could be positioned side-by-side, rather than diagonally across from one another in the corner. A word of advice for those looking for a cheap solution: These guys do everything up-to-code and to high standards. So if you’re looking for a place willing to cut-corners, you’re likely not going to find that here. Keep in mind that ‘you get what you pay for.’

John went over and beyond. Highly recommend!
Great work, fast and expertly done!
