The technicians are knowledgeable and provide scaled options depending on the age of your units with pros and cons for each option. An amazing team to work with. I have never had to wait more than a day or two to get on their schedule even during peak demand timeframes. Highly recommend Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Service.
We had a GREAT experience with these guys! They put a whole new system in for us, and the 3 gentlemen who did the work were very respectful and knowledgeable. The owner helped us trouble shoot our old system and gave us a fair quote for a solution that met our needs. Thank you!
Without hesitation, I called Crown the very next morning right when they opened. As was my experience when they repaired my furnace the previous Winter, they showed up on-time; diagnosed my issue right away (bad capacitor); repaired it immediately; and left an extremely fair bill. Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Service technician was friendly and very efficient in diagnosing my cooling system problem. He resolved the issue within 10 minutes. I was very impressed with his knowledge and fair price.He also cleaned up after he was done.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.
Today Crown Heating & Air Conditioning Service installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit in our home. They were on time, worked the entire time they were here. Techs were very polite and made sure we were happy with their work and understood how the new thermostat worked. We were very happy with their service. Very nice young men.
