Had true emergency. Clog between house and sewer. Paul and Noel responded same day and solved problem. Friendly and professional. Highly impressed with work and value.
Jim and Rik came to our home to do a carrier central AC unit swap, since our two year old carrier unit that Charles HVAC installed back in 2021 died on us. The compressor malfunctioned and thus we had no central AC in our home for three days. These two fine individuals (Jim and Rik) couldn’t have been nicer. They were prompt, efficient, answered all of our questions (my wife and I) and were very experienced in their work. We would highly recommend them for any work needed from a residential HVAC standpoint. They were truly “THE NICE GUYS!!!”
Coop came and cleaned our home HVAC system. He was polite, professional, efficient, and thorough. Would absolutely use him again!
The service provided by Charles Plumbing when replacing our air conditioning unit and, more recently, the furnace in our home has been outstanding. We required a new furnace before the 4th of July holiday weekend and within two days it was installed and our home could resume central air conditioning. Thank you Mike Charles and the installers who were prompt and professional. Highly recommend this company!
The technician was on time with his arrival for my appointment. John did an excellent installation of the ventalization system at my daughter's salon. John was very professional while communicating his processes in how the installation was going to be done. Thank you to Mike and his family for the service my daughter received in having this process completed in a very professional matter.
Had the air ducts cleaned today after too many years. Coop was great-right on time and didn't complain about all the stuff in his way that he had to work around. He was very personable and explained everything he did with lots of detail. I would recommend Charles (and Coop) without hesitation!

Alex was on time, very pleasant and informative, and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. Recently my central air had a leak and was unsafe to use. After getting three quotes Charles Heating and Air, not only were the cheapest quote, but they also replaced my Carrier products with Carrier products. They were able to get my new units installed within days of me calling. John and Jeremy showed up earlier and were ready to go. They were professional, went above and beyond, took care and pride in their work. They were efficient and were done ahead of schedule. They are a great asset to this organization. I will definitely recommend them to others.

Matt came in for a duct cleaning and did a superb job. He was very thorough and did an amazing job. Charles has always been there for us. They do excellent work.
They came same day. Explained everything to me very clearly and provided reasonable expectations. I am going to need a new unit soon as mine is 20 years old and will definitely be calling them for this service. Highly recommend and very thankful they came as soon as they did! Want to thank Brian/Ric for their great job installing my new furnace and a/c. Very professional and made sure we knew how to operate the new thermostat before they left. More proof that Charles Heating-Air Conditioning-Plumping-Electrical lives up to its moniker – “We’re the Nice Guys”! In the spirit of full disclosure, we have used Charles as the go to company for our heating, air conditioning, and, as of last year, our plumbing needs. We have been members of their “HVAC Club” for many years and they have provided routine inspections of our furnace and whole-house air conditioner on an annual basis. We planned to add air conditioning mini-splits in two upstairs rooms that had electric heat. Since our family has a member who has a severe immunocompromised system we have been reluctant to allow workman to come into our home. We contacted Charles to see if they could do the work as long as the installers wore facemasks when they were inside the house. They had no problem with this request so we got the job scheduled. On the day of the installation, the two installers arrived at the appointed time. Rick and Karl were very pleasant to have at our home that day. They had no problem about wearing facemasks while in our house and, in fact put on the masks when one of us went outside to see how the project was going. They did a fantastic job and were very thorough, professional, and technically proficient in HVAC and electrical systems since the mini-split heat pumps needed to be wired into our breaker box. As hard as they were working, Rick and Karl saw that they might not get finished with the job in one day so they called in the cavalry to provide help. Matt was the first to arrive. After a while, John and Jason came to add helping hands for our job. All these installers had been working on other projects that day and when they finished with those other families, they came to our rescue. I am sure the neighbors were wondering what kind of emergency was going on at our house with four Charles Heating trucks lined up in our driveway and on the street, but it was a great team effort and Charles got us back in our rooms that
We utilized the HVAC duct cleansing service provided by Charles' company. The technician who serviced our unit was prompt, cordial, and competent. Matt did an excellent job of keeping us informed of the process and demonstrating the outcome. We are extremely satisfied with his work ethic and the services he has rendered. In the future, Charles will be the company we contact for our requirements.
I had a wonderful experience with Charles. From the moment I called for general information for duct cleaning they were friendly, informative, and professional. Matt cleaned our ducts and dryer vent-- he was on time, professional, and quick. Price was reasonable too, I will definitely use Charles again.
After experiencing issues with our AC unit, Charles Heating and Air sent a technician out immediately. The technician worked with company in which our unit was made to determine if it was still under warranty. After confirming that it was, in fact, no longer under warranty, they worked with us to get the best possible quote for our needs. Lastly, Dan and Todd came out to install our new unit. They were friendly, quick, and efficient. They even took time to talk to us about maintaining the unit over the winter months. We couldn’t be more pleased with our service and recommend Charles Heating and Air to anyone!
