Called to get an estimate for AC install was told we’re booked to the end of July and that was it. Not very professional in my opinion.
Highly knowledgeable, professional service. We replaced our entire HVAC system as well as new tankless water heater. Good price and fast installation. Can’t say enough positive about this company!

So I thought my original review went through but it didn't, I made sure to come back and give Joe the 5 star he deserves Seriously the most genuine repair person I've worked with. We lost heat because if this storm, he went over several diagnostic tests over the phone Christmas night just to see if I could fix my issue asap. Well Joe had to come out to take a look, and 5 minutes later, bam instantly found the problem that I had totally overlooked. Seriously saved my family. Will definitely be using his services again if needed, and if his staff is half as polite and genuine as him I'll be set on my HVAC team for life ha!
It’s Christmas Eve and there are Angels on Earth! Joe Mehat, owner of Smart Home Heating and Plumbing having numerous calls in this blizzard, is one of them. He put me on his list and made it to my home to fix my furnace. Don’t think twice about who to call for your heating or cooling repairs! In his own words… he loves helping people. A very professional company! I love that I was able to quickly schedule a repair time. Joe was extremely knowledgeable and explained the issue very well. We will definitely be working with Smart Home when it’s time to get a new system!
Joe is very professional and gave us a great price and installation went smoothly. He was able to install it a few days after we agreed on a price. We are going to setup a maintenance plan next.

They were amazing! Very professional and honest. They took a look at my AC unit I needed repaired and gave me all of my options and explained why! This is a big one for me, dumbing down what is wrong so I was able to make the best decision. They were on time and worked quickly with a 2 person team. When I had to change my appt due to work they were able to work with me and I was able to book under 2 weeks out. I highly recommend and love small businesses!

Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was here the next morning after our initial phone call to write up an estimate, which was itemized in detail. The price they provided for the work was also very competitive. He was back in less than a week to actually complete the work, which as expected, was excellent! He made sure I understood what was needed, but also provided things to think about in the future. Additionally, they do their research to ensure you are getting quality materials for the best price. We have every intension on continuing to use them with all our heating and cooling needs and wants!
I had two furnaces installed, one with full duct work in my home this year and Smart Home was great. They took a lot of time with estimates to work through what would really work best for my house, answered all of my questions and made a lot of great suggestions. They did quality work for very reasonable cost, are responsive and very conscientious. I worked with Joe and Josh, and highly recommend them

I called at 10pm about an issue with my furnace (first time homeowner) and someone actually picked up, walked through the issue, and had someone out to my house the next morning and had my furnace up and running in minutes. Talk about fast service!
I had a new furnace installed by this company a little over a week ago after my old furnace kept shutting off; and I have not been disappointed with the results. I called them based on the excellent reviews they received and now I know why. They took my call immediately and sent a technician out the next day. A few days after that I had a new furnace installed. They worked quickly, kept everything neat and picked up any mess made. They are a great team and I will use them in the future
This company came out right away and then did our install a day early! Nice guys. Professional. We were in a bind with no hot water and they got us back up and running quickly. I will recommend this company to friends and family.

Joe is precessional and responsive. He fixed our issue and didn’t try to upsell to something else. This is how you should treat customers in this space, too many other companies take advantage of customers
