Nowak installed my furnace and AC unit 2 years ago. I recently experienced a parts related issue, and Nowak came the next day to assess the problem, helped me with the warranty process and working with the manufacturer, and fixed it almost immediately. They are prompt, professional and friendly. I would highly recommend them.

During a hot stretch of weather our current AC unit was not providing us with cool air. I called the Robert Nowak company and was happy to find that same day they made time in their busy schedule to stop by for a service call. I was kept informed about when they would arrive and an email was sent showing who would be coming to perform the service. Chris Nowak was very professional and made sure that I understood the work that needed to be done, the parts that were required and why those parts needed to be replaced. We were very happy with the work that was completed and how from the initial phone call to the completion of the job, how customer service oriented the Robert Nowak company is. Thankyou.

Chris was on-time, communicative, and very thorough with the job. He was very transparent from the beginning, explained thoroughly what he was going to do, and educated me on the process. He fixed the gas leak occurring in my gas insert fire place in my living room and installed a gas line for our patio to use a gas grill. The job was done well and we are enjoying our grill on our new patio.
Everyone was kind and courteous, and very respectful to my 94-year-old mom/customer. The installation went smoothly and they cleaned up everything before leaving. Highly recommended!
Chris and the crew at RA Nowak spent a few days installing a new boiler at our old house. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous while we worked at home. The workmanship on this complicated system was fantastic. Plus, they left the work area cleaner then when they arrived. I highly recommend them.

Great Company to have install our new HVAC Nest system that was recommended by Chris Nowak We have lowered the amount of KW used by at least 40%. We kept the A/C set @ 75 degrees this summer 2022, and were very comfortable.
Have used Nowak Heating & AC exclusively for years. When it came time for our 36 year old furnace replacement that was installed by Chris's dad, we got estimates from different companies but Chris Nowak came within a few dollars of the "bigger guys" quotes. Other companies spent less than 20 minutes in our home and tried to sell us a furnace that was too big for our home. I suspect that was because they had a warehouse full of those furnaces.Chris came in and spent 2 hrs. giving us detailed info on what we needed! It was a no brainer to go with Chris & company. Kali & Paul did the install & everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend Robert A. Nowak Heating & AC to any body looking for HVAC service.
Alex was wonderful at correcting our air condition problem. He also evaluated both the heating and air conditioning systems and showed us some trouble spots we need to look out for. We will be using Nowak in the future.
