Super fast response and they got everything working in short time.
Manuel has addressed all the inadequacies of our substandard furnace installation and identified and repaired several issues we were completely unaware of. He did all of this quickly and without any suggestion of additional charges. I've been a home owner for over 30 years, the specialist is one of the most responsive and attentive service professionals I've had the pleasure to have engaged with.

The a/c tech was prompt, professional and very happy to explain what the problem was and what steps he had taken to rectify it. I also think their rates are very reasonable.

I contacted McGuire Industrial Heating & Air Conditioning one morning during the cold season due to my furnace making horrible noises and stopping to function. George, their technician showed up at my place within an hour, went out to get the part, and was all done after two hours.
