Great Tech. Jerry had a busy day and communicated with us regularly to update his arrival. Got to our house at 8pm and stayed until the job was done. Late night for him but his attitude was very positive and he was very thorough. Excellent Job. Well Done.
Called Crawford Commercial HVAC Inc. to have both of our units checked out because they weren't working properly. Jerry was our technician. He arrived promptly and was very nice and extremely professional. He answered all of our questions and provided excellent service. Also gave us some advice on how to save some money with our repairs. We definitely recommend Crawford Commercial HVAC Inc.!
My technician was absolutely wonderful. I was running a few minutes behind due to working 15 minutes from home, he waited for me to get there, and was ready as soon as I did arrive. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions I had he could answer. He worked very well with my warranty company and made sure that I was comfortable with the work. I would definitely recommend him and this company to anyone I know that has AC issues.
I am always so impressed with the service I get from Crawford Commercial HVAC Inc.! The technician was professional and knowledgeable. He had great customer service skills and I feel confident my unit was well fixed. Parts were ordered and had to return to fix the unit. Crawford has been around for a tremendously long time and their quality service has to be one of the main reasons. Highly recommend them!
Jerry was professional, personable, and helpful in my experience with him. There were some issues that arose during the repair but he took full responsibility for the repair and ensured that we were satisfied with the end product. Crawford Commercial were professional and worked quickly. I kept adding extra things on to clean and tech had no problem with the additional work. It's an old house that hadn't been maintained and now I feel very safe with my grand babies living there, all the vents are clean. We used to have a burned smell coming from the vents, no more, additional they installed my new nest learning thermostat. Thank you.
We had another company tell us we had to have new furnace. We wanted second opinion. Thankfully our instincts were correct. When I told them my elderly mother was so upset they were there within the hour. The technician was very thorough and reassured us we did not have to get a new furnace. Thank you. Great job!. Completely happy with the service. I had a non emergency issue but still had same day service. My technician was excellent, Jerry explained clearly everything he was doing, why and what were the options. Clearly an experienced and professional technician. Every thing was fixed and I am confident it was fixed right.

They repaired my AC unit professionally. They explained what they did, why it was done, and advised on how to keep my unit in top performance even though it was very old. I will definitely use them again.
Called the guy thursday and wrote the appointment in the schedule but, never showed up. Tried to call him again but, now he's not picking up the phone. Poor communication and waste of time.
I had a good experience with Crawford Commercial HVAC Inc. We had an issue with our dryer ventilation and could not find the root of the problem but Jerry the tech they sent was able to come in and clean the vent as well the cap on our roof. He was able to provide good advice about maintenance as well. I would definitely continue to use this company for air duct cleaning needs.
Crawford Commercial HVAC Inc. guys are great professionals and will be our HVAC technicians for the coming future. We had just bought a house and we needed to replace the HVAC system since it was not fit for the house. Gerald and Billy made us happy with the kind of service the offered us. They were incredibly responsive to calls, very knowledgeable about HVAC and the products. I recommend them without hesitation.
