We called for an emergency service consult on a Saturday after buying a house and finding it difficult to figure out prior owner systems. Chris Scheider came out and troubleshot a variety of plumbing systems and issues. He was knowledgeable, professional, and good natured. His help was invaluable and well worth the service call fee. We’ll definitely be using Reimer for everything he recommended and other services.

I worked with Chris, Cody, and Todd on a few different duplex plumbing issues. The first issue was a couple of clogged drains, one shower, one sink, and then a basement washer drainage pipe. I feel like they listed to my concerns, educated me, and seemed very knowledgeable on each topic. I really felt like they took their time fixing things and making sure I wasn't going to have future problems which was extremely important to me. Its hard to tell when people are cutting corners to get the job done, but I don't think any corners were cut with them. I was also very worried I was going to have a huge bill at the end of the visit as well, but everything was quoted out in the beginning and I was able to figure out systematically which problems to fix now and which could wait for a future visit. Overall, I will continue to use Reimer for my future needs, its amazing that they have expanded out and are becoming a centralized "one stop shop". Its tiresome vetting companies and having to risk each new name you work with. Thank you Reimer and thank you Chris, Cody, and Todd!
Furnace went out and they were there within a couple hours when all the other companies couldn't come until morning. Reasonable rates, excellent service. Strong recommendation to anyone in need of heater help, emergency or otherwise!
We had them install our new heating and AC unit last year. We signed up for the maintenance package. Today Chris R. came out to do a maintenance check. He was kind, respectful and ontime. He replaced the filter and checked the hot water tank and changed the humidify. He wore booties on his shoes to keep my house clean. I would definitely recommend if you live in the Buffalo NY area.

We bought our house in 2020 and boy is it a fixer upper. It's 120 years old and out in a rural community so you'd think that would be a factor. But I was dead wrong. These guys are amazing. There is zero complaints with the couple times they've come out. This time in particular though is what I'm putting down because they're work was an art. Blake and Mike were the names of the gentlemen who came to our home at 830 am. Prompt as ever since the job was supposed to start at 9am. I'm pretty sure these guys were based out of Hamburg so I mean it was a 25 minute drive just to start and they still were here well before the time they needed to be. They had to update a couple of pipes and do a tankless water heater. They worked nonstop with maybe a small lunch break till 430 to get this job done and not only was it well priced, but these guys were just the best. I have a 4 year old who I know firsthand can be a handful when you're trying to do anything. But everytime she approached these guys they were super friendly towards my kiddo and very patient despite her being a little in the way. My dog is pretty much the same way and again they just were so patient and nice and just I don't know how to put it. Maybe kind? Approachable? Friendly? I don't know, but regardless I will appreciate everything they did cause they didn't just do it the best way but the most fair and overall great way. I will recommend them time and time again and for the two guys who came I hope you guys continue what you are doing and continue the best work Ive seen from really any service like this. I think I found the word for you guys. Exemplary. Thank you for everything you've done and everything we'll need you for in the future. I hope this comment really helps but I can see you guys have a phenomenal track record!
Furnace and Air Conditioner installation was done by Nick and Josh. Both were excellent, and highly recommended them.
Excellent service all around from the first person I talked to on the phone to set up an appointment named Katie, to Mitch who came out for the estimate and follow up, to Mike and his crew who did the work. Very professional, competitive pricing, prompt, courteous and clean work. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
Sorry, this is long, but it was bad.... We arranged for Duffett to install a new gas line to switch from electric to a gas cooktop. They were quick to respond and always friendly, but unfortunately it's the end of the positives. They left my house unsafe multiple times. We smelled gas the night of the install, but hoped it was just residual gas from the install. The following morning we could smell it on the second floor and have no hot water. I called Duffett at 7:45am and they arrived about 3 hours later. The tech first agreed to only checking the new work, telling me he would have to charge me if I wanted the original pipes checked. I'm pregnant with twins, have a young child and need a house free of gas, so I called their office. The office girl confirmed with the manager that they would not charge me for the check, but if they found something in the original pipe, there would be a charge to fix it. No charge if it was in their work. (House is about 40 yrs old.) Fine, I need my house safe. The tech (same one as the previous day) found NO leak, but we told him that he hadn't relit our HW tank the day before. A few hours later, I smell gas AGAIN so we check ourselves and are able to find the leak in their work. I call again and they send a "more senior" tech to repair it. He does. I ask the manager to call me and request a discount. He called 2 days later and could do 10%. The gas smell RETURNS 3 weeks later. I check and find the leak AGAIN. The fitting is crossthreaded and the pipe sagging, pulling on the fitting, from not ever being properly supported. This is Saturday morning and the poor tech is buried and tells me his manager said the best they can do is to come out on Monday to check it. I have to push and ask the manager to call me (which he doesn't do and instead makes his tech keep calling me) before they concede to come out that day. Tech replaces the fitting and supports the pipe. Oh, and didn't relight the hot water tank that time either. And the
I wanted to get a jump on air condition installation before summer. A representative was very prompt and courteous. He fully explained the installation process and made it affordable for me to include a central humidifier and air purfier, which I expressed an interest in. I researched the cost prior to my appointment and they were within the average price range. I looked no further because I had a good feeling about them. Installation was scheduled very quickly and the gentlemen who installed couldn't have been more professional, clean, and accommodating. I'm very happy I chose Duffet and will use them in the future for furnace and plumbing needs.

Last night I thought the world ended when my blower on my furnace died, nope they ordered the parts in the morning got sent to them an my furnace is back in action on the same day! best in WNY Don't hesitate call them!
Scott came over and fixed my furnace that had failed and been shut off all night. He came out on a busy Friday when the weather was extremely cold causing delays at many other companies. Scott found the problem and it was a relatively harmless issue but he took the time to explain the cause and what measures I could take to prevent it from happening again. This was extremely helpful as a first time home owner of 3 months the furnace breaking down was a huge scare. He set me up on an affordable maintenance schedule that provided value and was not pushed on me simply a suggestion and the added value it would give me. Will definitely be using Duffet again because of the great customer service from phone to technician. Scott will hopefully be my guy in future visits.
