I called McAllister plumbing and heating as soon as they opened and they had a technician at my home within 30 minutes. Very professional, explained and showed me what needed to be done.
We have used McAllister for years. They have always been available at the drop of a hat when we have had emergencies. Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and prepared for anything. Their office staff is kind, efficient and always a pleasure to talk to! Their pricing is in line with industry standards and they have NEVER tried to sell us something we did not need. We will never go anywhere else.
Simply the best! We have used McAillister since we moved to Lakeview six years ago and they have always been professional, responsive and accommodating. Quality costs, but you get what you pay for. And it's worth it to us when at 8pm on a Friday night a professional with come out and do their best to get our furnace up and running. When our 23 year old furnace was not worth repairing they had a team hear the next day on a Saturday morning to install the new furnace so family who had come from out of town could have heat. Ryan as well as the owner dealt with us to make sure our needs were met. Thank you McAillister Team!
They have serviced my home on more than one occasion.They are courteous and professional, stand by their work and are dependable. I feel they are unique in taking care of their customers and never felt overcharged for their services. You can stop shopping around and call McAllister. No one ever wants to have to call the plumber but I appreciate their service.
We had McAllister's come out to replace the furnace and humidifier. I called for a quote, spoke to Ryan about my options and what he suggested, and was scheduled so fast I couldn't even believe it! WOW is all I can say...the guys were professional and personable. The work area is MUCH cleaner than what they walked into (sorry guys) and they took the time to walk us through all the ins and outs of what they did and what to expect. The price was VERY fair and they have a customer for life! Thank you so much for truly being the "Fair Price Guys"
Ryan who coordinated and Ryan & Jeff who installed my boiler did an amazing job from start to finish. Professionalism and attention to detail were top notch. They were respectful of my home, and property and did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. Best heating company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! Highly recommended!

McAllister PLumbing was great to work with and did a great job installing a Generator for my dad this Summer. Ryan (Sales) was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Installers Jeff & Ryan were two of the most competent and professional installers I have ever work with.
Tried to set up an appointment for a fix on a toilet. I’ve heard these guys are very good but the office girl that I spoke to was short tempered, nasty and hung up on me. Possibly good plumbers but the office girl was enough for me to say no thank you. I’m already inconvenienced because I have a toilet down, and I do not need a 20 something girl acting nasty to me on top of that. Poor Customer Service. Hopefully this was something that doesn’t happen often but they will not be getting my business.
On October 12, 2022 I was away from my home from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm. When I got home I heard water running. The pipe under my sink burst and flooded my bathroom, hallway and basement. I called McAllister as I know they have an emergency number. A very nice gentleman was at my home within the hour. He fixed the pipe and cleaned up all the water. He was at my home until after 2:00 am cleaning up water. I was so grateful to that man He was very professional and did a great job. Thank you so much!!!

McAllister Plumbing services my furnace, air conditioning and stand-by generator every year. They are always on time, polite, professional and very thorough. This year I also had to have them repair a leaky bathroom faucet which now works perfectly. Thank you McAllister Plumbing for years of excellent service!
We have used McAllister for both large and small projects for the past year and we have been extremely satisfied with their work. They have replaced both our water heaters, installed a new AC unit and some smaller plumbing issues. They are very friendly to work with, always manage to schedule us promptly and do excellent work. I also think they do not try to "up sell" us at all and genuinely try to help us make the right choice for our house. Nothing but GREAT things to say!
Update/Maintenance on AC unit. The Sevice Tach. Check the AC unit to ensure that it was running properly. Check the compressor unit. Check the coolant level. Make sure proper temperature inside house was accurate. Clean unit on the outside of the house. Inform customer of everything he did. Matt was very nice attentive and knowledgeable about his job. They took care of my eldering parents plumbing problem with great efficiency and professionalism. McAllister pushed to sell me a new furnace rather than a repair on a furnace that they installed 12 years ago. Another company repaired the furnace with a part that has a life time warranty. They also cleaned up other messes that McAllister caused. Several years ago Mcallister installed a hot water tank. I was quoted a price but after the work was complete, there was an increase in price because “the job entailed more work”. Buyer beware.
Being in the residential home renovation business, I like to believe I can fix anything. Then I met my match with my Lennox G71MPP variable capacity furnace. This is a long review so feel free to jump to the summary below if you so desire... Two days before leaving for a 10 day vacation, we noticed the furnace had a hard time staying at temperature. After spending five hours on YouTube trying to diagnosis this problem, I thought I had it working. However, it was displaying a code i could not interpret. Given we were leaving in two days, I called Mcallister (first time ever) and spoke to Katie. She and TJ (the owner) called me back an hour later and told me the code was nothing to worry about and to go enjoy my vacation. They never billed for the time. Two days after returning home from vacation, the furnace again started having trouble keeping the house heated. After spending another five hours on YouTube I called Katie at Mcallister! She had Matt come out the next morning. In five minutes he noticed I had a hairline crack in the drain trap and also found I had an issue with my thermostat. He was able to temporarily get the furnace to hold heat while the parts were ordered. A week later Matt arrived to install the parts. Everything was working when he left. Two hours later I noticed the furnace was not reaching temperature. So I called McAllister to inform them. It was Friday after hours, so Chris was on duty and called me back three times that evening to find out how we were doing. He insisted on coming out to look at the furnace. Chris spent three hours with me trying to determine the issue even though we had enough heat to stay warm until Monday. (This is after he had already worked fifteen hours that day). Monday comes and Katie and TJ were on the phone with me to discuss a plan they had. At this point the issue was so darn unique that the Lennox company got involved (for a second time in three days) and provided TJ with additional areas to invest
