We just moved in and were in need of routine maintenance. JustRight came in on very short notice. Scheduling was easy, the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Pricing was competitive. I highly recommend them.

Had a different company come out to do a routine cleaning of our gas furnace where after doing the cleaning they could not get it working again. Was charged $300 for the cleaning and repair that left me without a working furnace and was told I would need to replace the whole system for around 8K. Called Joel for a second opinion and he was able to fix the issue same day without replacing the whole furnace! Saved us so much stress and worry. Highly recommend Just Right, will definitely be using them for our future needs
I reached out to Joel with my furnace issue and he was able to come right away that night. Although he did not have the part to fix my furnace, he offered to leave us with space heaters until he could call to get the part first thing the next morning. He reached out to me right away the next morning and sent Mike over, who was also very professional. He got me back up and running in half an hour.
Joel helped us get our heating back up and running after the blizzard. He was very responsive and helpful through everything. Very knowledgeable and we will definitely call him again in the future!
It was a very great experience they helped me step by step through the entire process during this storm it was very difficult for me and my family and our home we couldn’t of got through it getting our heat back repaired without their services they were very professional and had great communication im very grateful and highly recommended their services to others!
Joel helped me get my furnace running during the Christmas blizzard of 2022 walked me right thru how to do it over the phone can not be more thankful for his knowledge and service! What an outstanding company to give up time on Christmas eve to help others!

My furnace stopped working on Christmas Eve. I called two other companies and got on their wait list for service, most likely Monday. I saw a post on Facebook saying Joel from Just Right Heating and Cooling on Grand Island was offering to FaceTime to help troubleshoot for FREE!! I called him and he was able to walk my son through multiple steps that we would have never known to do ourselves. Our furnace is now running again! Joel us a wonderful human, doing his best to help those in need of his assistance during this tough time for all! Merry Christmas!
My review echoes others that Joel has received. I reached out to him for advice regarding my system after receiving a repair estimate of $1,078.18 from another company. He inspected my system and not only did he advise me against unnecessary repairs, he ended up saving me a lot of money on the repairs I actually needed. He got my system up and running perfectly for $181.56. I couldn't be happier with his service, and will turn to him for any future HVAC needs.

So, I was skeptical of the 5 star review, because I have never seen a 5 star review for a contractor that had over 10 reviews - 4.9 yes, but not 5. I called anyway. Let me say, Just Right is all the reviews say and more. I called around 11:30 am the day before Thanksgiving. Joel came over in about 20 minutes. He went over the options with me and also discovered and pointed out a leak in the pipe going into the top of my hot water tank (saving me a significant future expense!). I choose to replace the furnace and asked if he could also fix the leak. Within the hour he had his team at my house to install a new furnace and fix the leak. The were here for 5 hours making sure to get everything right. When they came to a hurdle, they called Joel and he came over right away. He saw the issue in under a minute and wrapped up a job well done. Friendly, professional, knowledgable. Highly recommend! A+++

Joel is the best. Very responsive and knowledgeable. When I first moved here I was ripped off by another AC contractor. Joel worked hard to find the problem and when there was no way to fix the AC he installed with a new system at a very reasonable price. He will have my business forever.
