The company installed a hot water tank that looks professional, neat, and level. Also a follow up phone call was nice to see if there were any issues.
It is very easy to replace something that is broke or not working properly. Unfortunately that is the avenue most companies take nowadays because of lack of experience knowledge and skill it takes to fix or repair things properly. This is where Joe comes in this man has decades of experience knowledge on how things work. You owe it to yourself as a consumer to be given the option of what is best for your situation. He will not disappoint and he will give you the best solution for your heating and cooling needs.
Very responsive, their goal seems to be repair to new or near new and not just say you need to replace your existing AC/ heating unit. Explained to me exactly what was needed to be repaired and in a manner I could easily comprehend. Would recommend A-Plus Quality Heating & Air to everyone.
Joe managed the boilers, furnaces, electric base board heat, and hot water tanks for 107 apartments that I was responsible for. He is a true professional and his expertise is unmatched in the WNY area. His work is meticulous and impeccable. When he says 24 hour service he backs it up having serviced numerous emergencies for me at all hours of the night. If you have an HVAC issue, don't call anyone else! Call Joe at A Plus!!!!

After another company (Powell's) told us we needed a new furnace and didn't even give us the option of fixing our current unit, Joe at A Plus saved the day and saved us a ton of money fixing our current unit. Joe is very responsive and accessible and arrives when he says he will. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in his field. Within the first 5 minutes of his arrival he pointed out things that were visibly wrong with our unit that the technician at Powells failed to catch or address. He taught us more about our furnace, the right filters to use, ways to maintain, etc. than anyone ever has. We will definitely be using A Plus for our future needs and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

We had a steam boiler installed back in December 2022 by a company called Sullivan's Heating. We had nothing but problems with the installation. We came to find out that the parts that were placed to the new heating system was incorrect and caused banging for months. This kept my mother who is disabled up through the night. It was installed through the Heap program. Then a secondary company came in call Emeralds Heating, replace the pipes however that created a different banging. We then reached back out to the Heap program and was then directed to Senior Services. We were in touch with a lady named Rachael, who was very helpful In getting the problem solved. We then chose A Plus Quality Heating & Air, Joe and his assistant Brandon came in and did some adjustments, along with repairs to the system to quiet the banging. Not only was Joe professional, patient, thorough, and knowledgeable, he called to make sure that our issue was resolved the next week. There are very few peopl in Buffalo New York that does steam boilers and has the expertise and knowledge that this company has. To go behind two other companies work is difficult because you don't know what they have or have not done correctly. A lot of companies come in to make bigger problems to get bigger payments. If you pay attention to people's energy oh, you can tell that he was an honorable man and wasn't here to take advantage of people. When you do honest work and have integrity, word-of-mouth spreads Good Deeds come back. I would highly recommend this company for any Heating and Cooling issues, repairs, or installations. Joe and Brandon did a PHENOMENAL job replacing my 28: year old hot water tanks and servicing my boiler. I have used Joe's services at 3 different houses now and I'd never use anyone else when it comes to HVAC. He thinks long term and takes pride in quality work and craftsmanship that will last and be maintainable so total cost overall is less for the homeowner!
Extremely professional and courteous. I had my boiler breakdown at 11:30 on a Saturday night and called this company. The owner picked up and right a way tried helping me over the phone. Upon realizing what was wrong put me on the schedule first thing Monday. He is extremely reasonably priced and efficient. I would be more than willing to tell everyone to use this company. In fact as soon as he left called my family to tell them how great he was.
Needed help with the furnace. They were here within the hour. Problem was quickly identified, and explained to me so I could understand it. After getting a part they went right to work, tested furnace to see that it was working properly, cleaned up after they were done, and were polite, thorough and friendly . They were exactly what you would expect from professionals.
A Plus is ahmazing ! Joe and Assocs are spot on and truly a gift to the HVAC Community. If you value good ethics and good service with top of the line work pick Joe.... He worked in sub 0 temps to fix my units ... if that isn’t commitment dunno wot is. When Joe fixes it .... it’s fixed!
Joe is a service technician not a parts changer or a salesman. He always fixes the problem and I get what I pay for. These kind of workers are hard to come by these days!!!
After going through my insurance company and having multiple issues and problems with the vendors from that insurance company, A plus quality heating came through for me with great service, knowledge, professionalism. I found the vendor I will use from now on!
We cannot recommend Joe and his team highly enough. This work ethic and standards are extremely high and it's clear he has true passion for what he does. We would not hesitate to use him again in the future.
Joe did a fabulous job at repairing our furnace. He was able to find the problem quickly, able to find the part we needed and even drove a distance to obtain this. We have used his service twice now, for regular service and this emergency and I would recommend him to anyone! Great service!
