This is the third time I have used this company for a furnace/AC replacement. And once again, they exceeded my expectations. I called another local company to get a quote and they gave me an astronomical quote and said it would take 2 days to complete the job. For what I was quoted, I could have purchased a brand new unit. I called at 5pm on a Friday, and I was able to get an appointment the next day. The technician was on time and very friendly. He explained everything that he was doing, and even taught me how to save energy by changing my thermostat. I'm very satisfied with the service!
I called the day before a heat wave was due, and for a service call that was $90, they came out to repair my AC at the same time! I thought it was a bit much but figured if they could fix it right away, who cares. They came out to my house and did an awesome job fixing my A/C. I will be using them in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
The technician who arrived was really courteous and explained everything he was doing. He demonstrated to me how much refrigerant he was adding and warned me there was a leak and that I should have it fixed quickly. I strongly advise employing them to fix your heating and air conditioning issues.
Great customer service. Smith and Ralph showed up on time, explained everything they were going to do, and got to work. The install was a smooth process and I'm now enjoying a cooler house. Thanks guys.

He wasted no time, he diagnosed the problem, explained the correct fix and got er done. Awesome Technician !!! After three days without heat, it was refreshing to see this guys. They arrived when I was told that they would. They worked diligently to install our new heating system. They explained everything and ensured that we were comfortable with the new system and what we were required to do. I would gladly recommend them and this company to anyone.
Had a heating emergency on a 10 degree day and called them. They seemed responsive and took down our furnace details and the error code. But then they worked hard to sell us a contract before showing up to do any work -- a contract they wanted us to sign via a text link right on the spot without reading it. They also took our credit card number and wanted our birthday (??), and they said the technician would come at 8AM. I called them at noon to see where they were, and apparently the technician came by but didn't knock! He supposedly called and left a message, but no message. The most chaotic mess I have ever experienced. I can't believe we gave them our credit card number.
I called Miller’s Heating and Air Conditioning when I needed my furnace cleaned. I explained that as a first time home owner I was in need of education on my furnace and education about the ductwork in my old home in addition to cleaning. Jeff and his stellar technician were superb. They both spent a lot of time with me to thoroughly answer my questions and educate me on how to properly maintain my furnace, ductwork and even offered referrals to other companies for services I had questions about. He didn’t upsell me on services I didn’t need and was kind, courteous and efficient in my home.
We recently had you out to fix our air conditioner that was not working on literally the hottest day of the year. Your technician was fantastic. He explained exactly what was wrong as well as sharing other observations we needed to be thinking about. I am beginning to understand why my wife is such a believer in Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc. Great job and I hope all technicians are as competent, friendly and personable as Mike.

This company is a pleasure to work with. Their service personnel are professional, courteous, and personable. The service is performed quickly without sacrificing thoroughness or quality. I will never use another company for my heating and cooling services.
When I called Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning the receptionist answered. She was polite and explained the process in detail. She was able to schedule the appointment during a time frame that fit my schedule. The office called when the technician was on the way so I could leave work and meet the him on site. Jeff arrived and he respected my home during the diagnosis. Since he had the part on his vehicle has was able to make the repair during the appointment and we had heat before he left. Thank you to all that I spoke with.
Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning was able to set up an appointment almost immediately to come look at our mini split system that was icing up. The technician quickly diagnosed the primary issue and was able to fix the problem and get things working again. He was friendly and helpful giving us tips to perform and things to watch out for in the future. We will call them back again if we have any future heating or cooling issues.
Jeff is thorough, fast, efficient and so customer service oriented. I rated Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc a 5 because I have always gotten fantastic service from them with exception to one technician and I can’t remember his name but outside of that, I’ve been in my house going in four years and they are phenomenal!!! One bad egg doesn’t ruin the whole batch. They made it right and they went out of their way to do it so I appreciate that.
The AC quit at the hottest time of day and within 3 hours it was perfectly fixed. From phone call to our technician having our unit back up and running. This was my first experience with Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc but I will absolutely hire hem again. Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning Inc is amazing, 5 stars.
Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning comes highly recommended. Very professional and knowledgeable crew willing to answer any question I have. The company is very responsive to emergency calls and provides fantastic customer service in a timely manner. I called this Company to do some A/C work on my Mother in laws house that is right in the same town Elmsford NY they said they could be there between 2:30 & 6:00 pm. So I left work after only a half day a drove the hour it takes to get down there and sat around waiting. as the afternoon dragged on called them at 5 to check in Now you think your call a local shop only to find out its some type of call service {don't even know if it's in the USA}they will not give you some in the shop. they said someone will call me back. 6 o clock come and went I stayed there till after 7 o clock no-one called. drove the hour back home. not fun and a wasted time. Stay away from this company
This is regarding a commercial store repair for an AC unit. I rarely post google reviews, but the poor service from Miller's Heating & Air Conditioning made me feel obligated to warn other consumers. My initial experience with Miller's office staff was great. They were well spoken, efficient and even got me on the schedule quickly for an AC inspection & repair. However, on the day of the service call I was provided a window from 7am-11am to expect the technician and received a call at 9:45am on a different phone number then was provided to the vendor for contact and got a message saying there weren't enough techs available so the appointment was being cancelled. I reached out several times for an explanation and did not get a call back. It is understandable if Miller's was too busy due to current circumstances and could not schedule a service call, but it is unacceptable to treat customers in the way it was handled. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another HVAC company if you dont want to be stood up and treated like you dont matter.
